HM Isabela - Adults Only

The hotel is spotlessly clean and that is obvious the second you arrive. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was lovely and clean, well equipped, the only slight negative was the view wasn’t great, but we hadn’t booked a sea view and the hotel was full, so we couldn’t swap. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel is SOOOOO quiet, which took us a couple of days to adjust to, but once we did it was bliss! We didn’t realise when we booked that there is nothing at all in the way of entertainment during the day, not a problem for us we were there to relax. I think there was a singer a couple of times but we headed out in the evenings or went to bed early! We never had a problem getting a sunbed and didn’t see any of the mad rush to reserve beds that happens a lot now. The restaurant offers a great selection of good quality food, I am very fussy but there was always something for me. The restaurant is also very clean and the staff are constantly working away, wiping, cleaning and clearing. It also doesn’t have that chaotic all inclusive buffet feel, which was nice. It was much more relaxed! The hotel is over the road from the beach and is very close to shops, bars and restaurants so the location was great. We would definitely go back!

Stayed here with my two adult (teenage) children recently. Great location, lovely tranquil atmosphere with very few downsides. Rooms, spotlessly clean, staff, excellent & professional, food, very good. Excellent value for money, would have no issue with a return visit. Sunbeds were never an issue, plenty of them & easy to acquire one. No problem with people putting towels down as always plenty of beds. Only slight criticism was the bar staff lacked a bit of urgency at times so drinks took longer than you would expect with little queues. The weather was a bit ‘iffy’ during our stay but can’t criticise the hotel for that & on the day we left it was cracking the flags!!! 😎 Thank you hotel Isabella. 👏

Me & my partner stayed here for 10 days. We had the best time at this hotel. The hotel smells amazing when you walk into it. The staff are wonderful they are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and well air conditioned. The rooms are cleared daily and the safety deposit box is free We had no trouble getting a sunbed any time of the day, although there was a shortage of umbrellas. The pool area was very clean and chilled with nice, quiet music playing. The all inclusive was great value the drinks had a great selection ( I can recommend the sangria) and the food was fabulous. There was a different theme every night including a Greek/Italian/Chinese/spanish nights plus a great selection of fish, meat, salads . The lunchtime and breakfast buffets were fab too. The atmosphere in the hotel was really nice. Also the location is excellent right in the heart of everything. We hope to come back to Santa Ponsa next year and would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Pool experience me and my partner came to an adults only hotel our first day we brought a netted lilo so we could just sit on in the pool and relax we do this because we aren’t proper sunbathers and don’t just sit on a subbed all day we just like to float and feel relaxed . This was not the case and you can’t actually do nothing the life guard advised nothing in the pool just swim 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m not being funny but it’s an all adults hotel we are both in our 40’s so we are hardly going to jump and bomb on them or cause havoc I also use these as I’m not a confident swimmer so now I’ve come on holiday and can’t even relax and go in the pool I really do t understand the problem as no boast swims they just sit in the side and dangle their feet in . Sorry but this has ruined our experience at this hotel as for someone who’s not a confident swimmer I’ve got two choices just sit on the side or be forced to go into the sea if I just want to sit and float . Thanks for ruining it for us with stupid rules it’s a holiday hotel not a Olympic swimming pool event As you can see from the pictures it’s hardly the biggest lilo you have ever seen ffs

Location: Very central! Cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, everything you could possibly need is right outside the hotel. It’s 30 seconds walk from the beach as well. Situated in the heart of Santa Ponça. 👍🏽 Atmosphere: Very chilled, nice acoustic covers playing around the pool. Not loud or rowdy in the slightest. It’s not very lively so if you’re planning on getting warmed up before you go out, I wouldn’t get your hopes up. Rooms: The room itself is as clean, modern & comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Perhaps the only suggestion is turn the aircon on when guests are due to check in. It is we like an oven when I arrived and took some time to cool down. Value: Very reasonable price for the service I received. 👍🏽 Cleanliness: One thing I can’t commend enough is the level of cleanliness behind the bar. I managed clubs, bars and restaurants for years when I was younger and honestly, the bar and restaurant here are immaculate. Fresh citrus fruit in all drinks, etc. Points to improve: - There’s rules around reserving sun-beds, no one enforces them. I tend to get up early on holiday so I’ve never had an issue but you see couples and families wandering around looking for beds and 50% of them will be taken with no one sitting on them til later in the morning. - The cocktails are pretty undrinkable, but most all inclusive resorts are unless you pay premium. Overall I’d happily return, it’s cheap and cheerful and it does what you need it to. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff are super friendly. Definitely one to consider! Thank you.
