Hotel je umisten v krasnem prostedi. Personal hotelu je velmi vstricny. U hotelu jsou 2 plaze.Jidlo v hotelu je vynikajici. Jedine co nam chybelo, byla kavlitni kava u snidane.Jinak naprosta spokojenost v tomto hotelu.

Jednoznačné plus, kterým hotel převyšuje většinu ostatních hotelů, které jsme navštívili, je koncept a výběr personálu. Vše šlape na jedničku, úžasný animační program a ještě úžasnější animátoři. Své si zde najdou všechny věkové kategorie. Dcera ve věku 14 let jezdila v rámci hotelového programu 2 hodiny po pláži na koni, my si zatím byli zacvičit s cvičitelkou a zastřílet z luku. Personál byl neskutečně milý, ale ne vlezlý, neustále v pohybu, žádné flákání. Navíc všichni mluví několika jazyky, většinou plynně anglicky, německy a španělsky, někteří i francouzsky. Komplex hotelu je krásný, uklízečky šikovné, denně připraví pokoj na jedničku. Ubytování také bez výhrad. Pláž byla trošičku horší, protože na břehu se stále drželo hodně naplavených řas, ale to je na Mallorce celkem běžné. Navíc, když jste plavali cca 50 m od břehu, tak už jste měli pocit, že plavete ve vodách Karibiku :-). Jinak krásná zátoka s nádherným výhledem. Pokud ale chcete lovit mušle atd., tak musíte na jinou pláž, tady je na dně "jen" bílý písek. Denně přímo od hotelu staví výletní lodě, na kterých si můžete udělat různé výlety. I když je tento hotel ten z dražších, tak svými službami nás nadchl a můžeme doporučit!

It is a great hotel that I will recommend to all friends with young children. We stayed there with our toddler and it seems it was mostly families with young, pre-school children. The staff were friendly and there were daily multiple activities for children (4 to 7 on their own and younger with parents) and multiple exercise classes and activities for adults. The evening entertainment was ok, not my cup of tea, but kids enjoyed it. The pools were perfect for younger kids (3 in the main area (including a shallow splash pool) and two shallow pools with slides at the back of the hotel). There was space for most people on the sun loungers. There were lifeguards. The food and drinks were very good (freshly cooked specials and branded alcohol) and the chefs told us which dishes were dairy free to accommodate a dairy allergy within our family. We had a family room with a lounge section with a single bed and a separate bedroom with a huge bed and walk in bedroom. The room was spacious and clean but not very cosy. The style was more like an airport hotel rather than a beach resort. But then you don't spend much time in the room so it was ok. The bathroom was big with a huge walk in shower. The atmosphere was relaxing even though it was busy and full of children. No loud music, late noise, we felt very safe. The views from the hotel are beautiful and the beach is right next to the hotel. The water is clean and there's a lifeguard.

Hotel suitable for families with children, especially young children and babies. It has everything you need for the little ones (cot, high chair, bed barrier, toilet adaptor, kettle) and baby food is also available. The staff are also very friendly with the children and even learn their names. Our first family holiday has been much better than expected. Thanks to all the staff for making it possible.

Small hotel next to a beautiful beach. To be able to eat with those wonderful views is an absolute pleasure. Really delicious food. Very clean rooms and facilities. Lovely staff always with a smile. Entertainment for all ages. Fitness classes every day (spinning, Yoga, jumping, etc.).
