The stay had started quite well, everything was not perfect but the pool and the evening shows were generally rather friendly, but if we had to pay an extra €500 because of a seizure beug on booking, booking should also compensate us but we note the effort of the hotel which gave us a discount on the stay. On the 5th day we decide to eat on the terrace of the restaurant, we come across 2 rats (photos and videos in support) that eat the remains of the plates of customers who were hanging out not far We filed a complaint with the town hall which then transmitted to the hygiene services, we are waiting for the rest of the procedure I asked to speak to the hotel manager, in good faith and rather professional, but she has no decision-making power on commercial gestures Obviously the decisions are being made higher, probably shareholders too busy sunbathing on their yachts In summary, customers are taken for dairy cows and are only there to spit money, I was debited on the last day after my departure for the consumption of the stay (about €80) without my authorization when the director had told me that they would be offered as compensation In short, in front it seems rather correct but the presence of rats that eat in the abandoned plates of customers has clearly changed the overall experience, reinforced our doubts about the quality of hygiene in the kitchens, for safety reasons, and if you have children I recommend fleeing We stopped eating at the hotel as soon as we noticed the press of the rats, no compensation from the hotel was offered to us, we took care of all the additional costs

Location is great, 5mins walk to beautiful beach , Cala Marcal,(much nicer,bigger beach than Cala dor in my opinion ) lovely quiet area , no noise at nighttime , great for kids of all ages as the pool is 2m deep in the deep end & has lovely shallow areas also. Gym is great, has weights & some cardio machines, indoor pool is beautiful too. Breakfast is 10/10, dinner buffet is mediocre (missing some meat selections on the hot plate & the chefs seemed to overcook all meats at the hot plate , also missing some fresh vegetables) Lunch at the pool bar was awful (not edible, avoid all seemed to be frozen food ) Water at dinner time is overpriced in my opinion. The hotel was unbelievably clean at all times , all of the staff were amazing from start to finish, so helpful & friendly & gave great advice for our family to visit the other local beach on the free bus that stops outside the hotel. The bus stop outside the hotel is great. Lovely mostly flat walking / running paths that lead all the way to the other beach ( S’arenal) 6.5k return to the hotel. Aircon in the room was amazing. Great set up for family rooms with slider doors. Overall a great hotel with great staff, Thank you, we will be back for sure !

Amazing trip as a solo dad with a 6 yr old daughter On arrival our room room was on the ground floor and a disability room which wasn’t great so asked to be moved , which Maria sorted for us the next day and our 2nd room was perfect The hotel has it just right , pool area is great , always able to get a sun lounger , reserving beds doesn’t seem to be a culture here , Evening entertainment is good , kids all play in the park or football court next to the bar leaving adults free to relax Food is up there with the best buffet style food I’ve had , quality over quantity for sure , each night completely different , from hog roast , paella , kebab station , seafood , my daughter loved the effort they went to of cooking different pasta type for her bolognaise each night , Lots of local restaurants around the hangout and beach if you did want to venture out Food around the pool was fine and reasonable priced Rooms are ideal , modern and tv has plenty of English Chanel’s if your child goes to bed early Hotels offers towels for €10 deposit then €1 to exchange which we did a couple of times The local beach about 5mims away is a lovely bay where the water is very calm and safe , The rooms don’t have a kettle and the hairdryer is a bit basic so would recommend bring your own The charge for the room safe I think is a bit un necessary and I think that should be a standard with rooms now Maby people we met said they’ve been several years running with kids and I can certainly see why , We will be looking to come back in the near future
