JS PortoColom Suites

Just back from 7 nights with a 7‑year‑old and a 3‑year‑old, and we genuinely loved this hotel ... small, intimate, and the staff were always so warm rooms were clean and spacious with a big balcony (though a touch more storage would help), the location was perfect for a young family with a lively but safe square, a stunning beach 10 minutes away, the harbour right there and a bus stop outside, the food was far better than the usual mass‑produced hotel stuff, and while the entertainment could have been on a bit longer, what was on was great, the kids happily played in the park while we relaxed, and drinks were very reasonably priced and cocktails were lovely!! We will be back!

We have just enjoyed a great week at the JS Portocolom Suites Hotel, which we feel has improved even more since our last stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere. Portocolom is a very pleasant destination with an interesting and picturesque marina area. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, which whilst popular, never feels crowded. What has impressed us the most this visit is how well trained, welcoming and efficient the staff have been. Particular mentions go to Joan, the children's and evening entertainment organiser. He is a natural with the children and creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere through the activities he organises. Also, Adriana at the pool bar for her amazing cocktails and professional service, and Paula at reception, who is incredibly helpful. I'm sure we will visit again in future.

This was our 4th stay at JS Suite Portocolom Hotel, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. There's a reason we keep coming back year after year! The staff are absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They make you feel genuinely valued from the moment you arrive, and their excellent service is one of the main reasons we return. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has excellent facilities. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying the food, or simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere, everything is designed to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. JS Suite Portocolom has become our favourite place to stay, and every visit reminds us why we love it so much. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. Fantastic hotel this is our 4th visit with family and friends. Reception staff and all staff are lovely and so helpful. The suites have plenty of room and they are kept very clean. Food is great and there is a good choice for all tastes. The beach Cala Marcal is a 10 minute walk away which is an absolutely beautiful bay. We also did a vineyard tour at Son Alegre about a 10 minute taxi ride which was great fun, bus ride to Cala Dor and Palma for the day. We hope to come back next year and once again thanks to all of the staff at JS Suites!
