Amarac Vás srdečně vítá, vášní a velkým úsměvem, personál je velmi milý a profesionální. Pokoje jsou prostorné a čisté, vypadají zbrusu nové. Snídaně jsou velkorysé, ale káva může být lepší. . . Večeře jsou formou bufetu, musím říct, že není špatné vzhledem k množství potravin, které potřebují k přípravě. Takže celkově bylo vše v pořádku.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely boutique hotel. It's located just a minute away from a lively area full of shops and restaurants, and it sits right on the beach, separated only by a charming promenade. Although the hotel is on the smaller side, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked, yet we never felt overcrowded — whether at breakfast, dinner, or when using the elevator. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and professional, which added to the overall positive impression. At the time of our visit, there was a construction site right next to the hotel, with work being done from 7 AM to 7 PM. While the noise level was generally acceptable, unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy our terrace as it faced directly onto the site, both in orientation and height. It also compromised our privacy, so we kept the curtains drawn throughout our stay. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we weren’t able to move to a room on a higher floor on the same side. That said, the construction was nearing completion on our last day, so if you’re planning to visit in August or later, it likely won’t be an issue anymore. We had booked a half-board option. The food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and served in generous portions. Breakfast was the same each day — typically fried or scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, steamed vegetables (zucchini and peppers), a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, pancakes, sausages, and churros. Dinner, on the other hand, offered a different selection each evening. Despite the breakfast repetition, the quality of the food made up for it. The hotel also features a rooftop sky bar with a stunning view over Cala Millor beach — a great spot to unwind in the evening. The room we stayed in was a bit on the smaller side, which made it slightly inconvenient when opening our suitcases, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we had a very positive experience. If we return to Mallorca in the future, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

A HUGE CONSTRUCTION site next door! Extremely loud! Literally 10 meters from this hotel, so it does not matter where your room is. The construction workers start at 06:30 AM and finish to work around 8 PM! The “premium” room - shabby and not very clean. You don’t get any refund, although they HAVE to inform you about constructions works. They unblushingly takes the whole amount and does not inform booking.com about it, so you have to pay also cancellation fee of one night price. I was forced to get in contact to a lawyer and open a case due to such “activity”. It’s just unbelievable, but my bank wasn’t surprised at all, apparently other people experienced the same before. The hotel is incredibly expensive in comparison what you get for the money.

The Good - Balcony, Gym and the staff The average - We booked a half board and the breakfast and dinner are the same every night. Expect to pay 2.25€ per small bottle of water and 3.50€ for the minimum amount of red wine. The bad - The room is not insulated, there were couple of early mornings that we were awaken due to the guests next doors are flashing their toilets. Last night, 9-7-24 was the worst, as we thought something will come out of our toilet because the room next door ‘s toilet was being fixed at around 5AM in the morning (what the heck)? Do not stay here for more than couple of days because there are no room to move around. The hotel and the area is safe though, but food is not good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the sea. The service was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend booking a corner room with a sea view – the sunrise each morning was simply breathtaking! 😍
