Amarac Vás srdečně vítá, vášní a velkým úsměvem, personál je velmi milý a profesionální. Pokoje jsou prostorné a čisté, vypadají zbrusu nové. Snídaně jsou velkorysé, ale káva může být lepší. . . Večeře jsou formou bufetu, musím říct, že není špatné vzhledem k množství potravin, které potřebují k přípravě. Takže celkově bylo vše v pořádku.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel wasn’t the best. We arrived at night and, despite one of us having a broken arm (all women) the male receptionist made no effort to help us with our luggage. Communication with the reception staff wasn’t great. We have received the opposite of a warm welcome, the receptionist seemed unable to understand American English, forcing me to repeat myself multiple times. I noticed similar issues with other staff, who often seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than assisting guests, leaving people waiting at reception for several minutes before even acknowledging them. I mentioned in my booking that we were celebrating a birthday, but nothing was done to acknowledge it. Regarding late check-out, the hotel information stated it was possible if the room was not booked by another guest. I asked the receptionist the evening before, and she confirmed it was available, with a final check the next morning. No extra charge was mentioned, not even in the paper they gave me when I checked in. However, the next day, I was asked to pay €40 for one extra hour. When I explained this had never been communicated, the receptionist replied, “Yes, we charge €40 if you want,” and hung up. This lack of transparency and professionalism was extremely disappointing. The rooms are extremely small, not even close to the pictures on their website. Barely allowing space to walk or to open a suitcase (cabin size), let’s not talk about the small window and view, I have attached some pictures. The bathroom fan was not working, and the AC stopped working multiple times. Breakfast buffet was very limited, with mostly packaged products. We decided not to eat there. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach. However, the pictures don’t match the reality, there’s no pool, and parking was inconvenient, I had to find it myself as I have been told “drive around, you will find one”, limited available spaces, and about a 10-minute walk even in October, during low season. Overall, great location, but the service and facilities were disappointing.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Lucie and Raquel, were absolutely wonderful, always very friendly, kind and helpful. It was truly a pleasure meeting them and experiencing their warm hospitality. The hotel is also in a great location, clean and offers all the comforts you could wish for. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Rooms: We did not receive the room that we paid for. The bathroom door was broken and could not be closed at all. In addition, the photos clearly showed a shower with a glass wall or door, but the room we were given had no shower door or glass partition whatsoever. As a result, every time we took a shower, water flooded the entire bathroom floor. When we reported these issues, we were told that nothing could be done because there was no maintenance technician available. We were advised to speak to the manager the following morning and request a room change. The next day, however, nothing changed. The staff showed very little concern about the situation. The only thing they did was repair the bathroom door and place a towel next to the shower to absorb the water. That was their entire solution to a problem that should never have existed in the first place. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for the room. We expected the room to match the description and photos, as well as a much more professional response to the issues we encountered. Food and drinks: Great but not many options

We stayed at this hotel last week and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent, with easy access to plenty of restaurants and bars just outside the hotel, which gave us lots of choice in the evenings. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive – they genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. We opted for breakfast only, which was a well‑presented buffet‑style offering with plenty of choice and good quality throughout. We also chose to have dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was lovely. In fact, if it weren’t for the abundance of great places to eat nearby, we would have been very happy to dine here more often. Our only minor criticism is the 6th‑floor pool, which is quite small and currently not heated. However, we later found out that guests can also use the rooftop pool at the sister hotel, just a two‑minute walk away. While that pool is also unheated, it was still a nice additional option to have. Overall, this was a great stay at a well‑run hotel in a fantastic location. Thank you for such a pleasant experience — we will definitely be back.
