Marins Beach Club

Outstanding Customer Service and Genuine Compassion – Marins Beach Club, Mallorca I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the online booking and reservations team at Marins Hotels. Sadly, my father-in-law passed away in the UK, and as we live in Ireland, we had to cancel our upcoming holiday to Marins Beach Club at very short notice, just days before we were due to travel. The team were absolutely wonderful throughout what was a very difficult time for our family. They kindly agreed to cancel our booking and waived the cancellation charges, which was a tremendous help given the circumstances. What touched us most was the genuine kindness shown by every person we spoke to. Each member of the team offered their condolences and treated us with such warmth, understanding and compassion. We never felt that we were just another booking or a cancellation. During a time of sadness and stress, their thoughtfulness made a real difference to us. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised, and I hope the team and their management receive our sincere thanks. Thank you to everyone at Marins Hotels for your kindness and understanding. We will remember how well we were treated, and we very much hope to visit Marins Beach Club in the future. With heartfelt thanks.

This is the second time we have visited Marins, having stayed here in June 2025, and we are already looking to book again for next year! We stayed in a superior suite which gave us both a pool and sea view. It was a lovely touch to be put in the same room that we stopped in last year. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were so helpful and friendly! It was nice to see some familiar faces amongst the staff from last year too! No issues with getting sun loungers either. I also had a full body massage and the lady who provided this was wonderful, definitely recommend! Can't wait to return in 2027!

Beautiful hotel, staff lovely , food excellent, can’t fault anything , but what lets it down is the music by the pool each day , constant booming , clubbing music , you can’t get away from it, feels like every day from lunchtime until 5 ish , you can’t read a book or snooze , partner can’t even hear his music with pods in , driving us mad 😡, going to the beach the rest of the holiday , and we are not beach people. We chose this hotel as it was a jet2 chilled vibe adult hotel , they need to review this ! What a shame as everything else about the hotel is perfect .

This hotel is amazing - we vowed never to return to the same place but this was our 3rd year running to this piece of heaven! It ticks all our boxes, small and friendly, clean, no fighting for sunbeds - it was so nice to see other retuning faces too! It was lovely to see our beautiful Andrea on reception doing a fantastic job! We had bed and breakfast and always down early to enjoy the fresh food - the choice is amazing so plenty for everyone. We were gifted a 2 bedroom room so hubby had a dressing room 🤣 great views and always so clean! Thank you beach club will miss seeing you in 2027 😢

This Hotel is brilliant, we had a suite on the 4th floor with a sea view which was amazing. Location is just a short walk from the seafront and an 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants etc. All the staff couldn’t do enough for you including the cleaners. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and delicious. Bar area also do light lunches which we had a few days and again couldn’t fault a thing. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds so no need to reserve although some people still did which was very annoying pool towels are supplied free and can be changed every couple of days. Every part of the hotel is immaculate and cleaned and scrubbed. Room towels changed everyday and rooms have kettle, fridge, etc and the aircon was brilliant and kept the room nicely chilled. This has to be one of the best hotels in Cala Millor and I couldn’t recommend it enough.
