Marins Beach Club

Please do not believe this an adult only hotel. Whilst we were at this hotel a large group of a girls football team were allowed to stay at the hotel. The hotel denied they were under 18 but when the coaches of the team were asked they confirmed the girls were aged 12- 15 years. They were causing havoc in the hotel and playing very loud music on their balconies and slamming doors very loudly from 6am in the morning. When we complained to reception they refused to move the football team and we had to move hotels. The breakfast was very disappointing and there was a poor selection of choice and it was the same every day. The fried eggs were like rubber.

This is an ok hotel. The breakfast isnt great and the choice is limited. I had a glass smashed on my table by one of the waiters. Worse thing of all was this hotel claims to be an adult only hotel but allowed a large group of 12 - 15 year olds into the hotel . The hotel wouldn't admit liability but the group organiser confirmed the age of the group. This group were slamming doors from 6am, playing loud music on their balconies and running around the hotel. So disappointed

Very impressed with the hotel and especially the staff. Everyone from reception, to the restaurant & bar team to the cleaners were polite, friendly and helpful. In particular the restaurant team were excellent with my gluten free diet. Every morning they brought out gluten free bread and cornflakes for me and the chef or restaurant manager would explain what was safe for me to eat. The food was excellent with a huge amount of choice for both breakfast and dinner, even allowing for my diet. It is a buffet style restaurant so there is a risk of cross contamination but I didn't have any issues - the food is grouped into different areas, some cooked freshly in front of you, so with a little care it's easy enough to manage. One tip - the hotel will open the restaurant for you if you're departing before normal breakfast service begins, just let them know in advance. We stayed in a Superior Suite which was very comfortable. Spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, good air conditioning. The pool area is attractively landscaped, unlike some of the other hotels in the area which looked quite bland in comparison, whilst the cocktails were superb and the staff on hand to take your order. There were plenty of sun loungers and Balinese beds too. The indoor pool was nice when it got a little chilly in the afternoon. Parking for the hotel is on street only, but there is plenty and only once did I have to park one street away. I really can't find any fault with the hotel. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, and I would happily visit again. Cala Millor itself isn't the prettiest resort, but it's not terrible either. There's a nice walk to the south east out to Castell de la Punta de n'Amer, and the beach to the south at Sa Coma is prettier than Cala Millor, especially if you go for an early morning swim. If you have a car there is plenty to do in the local area or the hotel have a few trips they can arrange - just ask at reception.

Visited this hotel last year and absolutely loved it. We booked again for this year whilst being there the first time. Again another amazing holiday here this year. Rooms are clean and spacious and all the staff are lovely especially a lady named Andrea she goes above and beyond for the guests at the hotel and was really friendly.

Excellent throughout. A very warm welcome at Reception, Room was immaculately clean and much bigger than we thought it would be. Air-Con worked really well. All areas of the Hotel was always clean and tidy. Never any problems getting Sunbeds, Breakfast was good, we only ate in the Hotel on one evening, but that was of good standard. The hotel is in a very good position for all points across Cala Millor, Sa Coma, and Cala Bona. Definitely will come back if in Cala Millor again.
