Fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing, food was lovely with plenty of variety. Drinks such as water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juice are provided at breakfast. You can order drinks/food etc from the waiters anytime of the day and charge to your room (club sandwiches are delicious and would feed 2). Cleanliness is outstanding, decor is beautiful and the pool area is very relaxing with a sax player on one day (amazing 😀), he got everyone dancing without it being too crazy. There was also a great DJ on occasional days with a very chilled vibe. VIP area of the pool is worth booking for a day, overall experience was more like 5 star. We stayed in a junior suite, which had amazing views of the sea and pool. The hotel is in a quieter area of Cala Millor but till only about a 15 minute walk to the busier part of the resort.

It just doesn't get better than this. The hotel was clean, stylish, staff were friendly, sunbeds were plentiful and comfy, staff walked around taking your drinks and food orders all day and would bring straight to you, dj around the pool was great, drinks were good, food tasty, VIP area could be hired. Close to Cala Millor beach and a great walk of an evening after dinner. Loved it so much I've booked to go back next year

An outstanding hotel, the rooms, food and service were excellent. We all came away feeling we had really had a five star experience from this four star hotel. We will certainly stay again.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. The decor is excellent and has a boutique feel. All staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout - from the rooms through to pool , public areas and restaurant. We stayed bed and breakfast and as the quality of the food was so good we dined in the evening on a few occasions. The pool has a relaxed feeling with low level music and a DJ a couple of days a week to make things livelier. There was also a sax player and dancers at one event. Never had to search for a sun lounger as there were plenty of loungers and day beds. The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach, main street and promenade - but away from crowds. Overall a great stay.
