Prinsotel Mal Pas

If you like somewhere a little quieter, this is the perfect location. Very peaceful pool area. Beach within 3 minute walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need including a fridge. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Mike on reception in particular.

My husband and I spent four nights at Prinsotel Mal Pas, and our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean, and the pool area is really nice and peaceful. The hotel offers a great breakfast, and you can also buy food at lunchtime as well as enjoy a great dinner buffet in the evening. There is also a beautiful beach literally just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. But more than anything, we really appreciated all the wonderful and friendly people who work there. We wanted to rent a bike and a scooter to explore the area and do some activities, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and arranged everything for us without any hassle. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily come back the next time we visit Mallorca!

I had the most incredible time, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the service was genuine and outstanding. When I arrived they gave me a welcome drink, and a goodbye drink when I left. The entire staff work incredibly hard, from the catering and bar staff to check-in, Mika in particular was so genuine and helpful. The rooms are a little basic but spotlessly clean, though I didn’t come on holiday to sit in a room! The location is peaceful, and there was always a sunbed free by the pool. I came here to switch off from everything, and I’m leaving feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle my home life again. Massive thank you!

We stayed in Alcudia, we had a lovely time. excellent service !! Everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough for you, very warm welcome from everyone there. The room that we stayed in was very basic with a fridge - did not work very well. Was missing a kettle maybe but overall had all the essentials. Food at the hotel is great overall a large variety of options. The only negative was the pool was quite small and sometimes there would not be enough sunbeds for everyone. Other than that I highly recommend it. It’s also got a good location for beaches, restaurants, small supermarket. Parking is free on the streets but private parking is available at a cost.

My wife and I loved our stay at Prinsotel Mal Pas. Everything was great and with high quality. The most impressive thing to us was the level of education, care and attention from the staff. We were incredibly fortunate to meet part of the crew who made the difference during these days. Big thank you to: Francina, Amid and Rony. The only downside was the swimming pool schedule which is a bit limited up to 6pm.
