Prinsotel Mal Pas

We stayed at Prinsotel Mal Pas this October with friends and absolutely loved it. The reception staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from local tips to restaurant bookings. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature, just a short walk from a lovely beach. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Prinsotel Mal Pas was simply unforgettable. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, and the people working here are what truly make it shine. Every encounter – whether at reception, at breakfast or by the pool – was filled with warmth and genuine kindness. You can feel that the team takes real pride in their work, and that energy spreads throughout the hotel. We spent our days relaxing, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and feeling cared for in the most natural way. Everything was perfect – the room, the food, the vibe. This place has a soul, and we’re so grateful to have found it. 💕

Great hotel in a beautiful and peaceful location. We received a very warm arrival from Mika, who was brilliant and shared great tips about the area and hotel. All of the reception staff were very polite, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in block 800 and had a ground floor double room with a balcony. The rooms have outside table and chairs, which are great for relaxing after a long walk. The grounds are perfectly kept. The pool area was spotless with a ready supply of towels, and the lifeguards were friendly. Our room was comfortable and had a complimentary safe and fridge, which was a bonus, and whilst we do not know the lady cleaners name, she was so friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Every day the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided. There were toiletries in the bathroom which were a nice touch. In our double room we did not have coffee facilities although the bar area was so close that you could get coffee anytime. The restaurant was spotless, and all of the waiting staff were excellent. The choice of food is amazing, with something to suit everyone’s taste. The restaurant manager Guillermo was on a different level. He seemed genuinely concerned that every one had a first class experience. Every day he made a special point of interacting with all guests and made them feel really special. He must go down as one of, if not the best restaurant managers that we have seen on our holidays over the years. Because of the time of year and coming to the end of the season, entertainment was limited, although one breakfast and evening there was a sax player who played throughout which was great and a pleasure to listen to. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking into Alcudia, and there is the Bonaire marina a short walk away. There are two fantastic beaches within a ten minute walk, everything is accessible. If you want a tranquil and peaceful getaway this hotel should be on your list. The one thing that absolutely makes this hotel is the friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They all are amazing. We are already looking to book for next year.

The hotel is very clean, cozy, and lovingly decorated; the towels and rooms are always clean. The food is also great – fresh, delicious, and varied. Overall, simply perfect – you can feel that the work here is done with passion. We will definitely be back! 💛

Fabulous, peaceful and beautiful location with excellent bus access to the old town etc. Very friendly staff and big shout out to Adim. Highly recommend.
