Beautifully quiet location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. After a slight issue with our room at check in, Pau compensated us with dinner and drinks, and Mika, the next morning, arranged a new room for us. She also went above and beyond the next day when local Taxi’s had stopped operating due to a storm, and personally drove us into Alcúdia so we could catch our transfer to a Wedding. Fantastic customer service and a genuine care for their guests. I would not hesitate to return or recommend.

We came here for a short couples/friends holiday and had a wonderful stay. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our experience special. A particular mention to Mika and Pau, who both went the extra mile for us. When we had a small issue with our room, the manager was incredibly understanding and kindly upgraded us to a better room. On the day of a wedding we were attending, when taxis across the island unexpectedly stopped operating, Mika even personally drove us to where we needed to be and saved the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel!

The atmosphere was perfect! Has such a lovely and relaxing time here in the peace and quiet, also had some good live music one of the evenings too. The staff were really friendly and helpful, gave great service even after we checked out we were allowed to relax by the pool and they took good care of our stuff. Mika was exceptionally helpful!

We stayed here as a mother-daughter duo, and we had a wonderful time. We were able to relax and enjoy our holiday very much. The resort is beautiful, and the pool area is perfect for spending the whole day relaxing. At the same time, you can reach a beautiful beach very quickly, where you can enjoy swimming and spending time by the sea. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety of choices. Our absolute highlight was the breakfast, especially the freshly prepared omelettes that you could have made to order. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely recommend the hotel. We would also love to come back again!

If you like somewhere a little quieter, this is the perfect location. Very peaceful pool area. Beach within 3 minute walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need including a fridge. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Mike on reception in particular.
