Pula Suites Boutique Resort

Stunning location very tranquil, feels like should be a couple s only hotel. We named it the quiet hotel as there is no noise just peacefulness. Rooms are clean and stylish. We had the swimming pool roo 159, overlooking the garden and bar. As we are all inclusive we might have more food and beverages as normal. Well we have paid a lots of money for it. However looking at the bar staff mainly the 2 cooks, a bartender and first aid person looking up towards our swimming pool room and the man cook ridiculous us with his hand gestures as "drinkers " is judgmental. We have to say something about the service and food too. The food in the bar is amazing However the evening service and food is bad. Some staff are clumsy, knocking drinks over. Ordering food from set menus but getting something totally different what we ordered. Our room hasn't been cleaned for 2 days, in the end we had to call them to come and clean it. They forget to refeal coffee shampoo etc. All in all the hotel and surroundings are spectacular, the service is lovely but the staff should be more professional, YES we all drink a lot more on holidays because we paid for it, we are also off work, but you are at work and remember, we have nothing else to do while we are sipping our wine but watching YOU!

An oasis of calm in a packed island. Service was impeccable, staff are the main selling point. Attentive without being obtusive. So much space for families, no need to reserve loungers etc. A wonderful atmosphere throughout

Stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our holiday. Food was excellent and staff were both friendly and professional. Minor points worth mentioning were that we thought air conditioning was poor in bedroom area of our room and poolside bar ran out of bottled water and draught beer one day. Great hotel though and would visit again.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have had the pleasure to stay at. We have stayed at many hotels in the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East but it is very hard to find anywhere that has the quality of food in the all inclusive package that comes close. We cannot single out one person to praise as all the staff from the cleaners to the waiters,bar staff, reception and manager all work as a team to make your holiday special. Congratulations to all of you for making our holiday so special look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Spacious and well appointed accommodation. Huge bathroom with separate shower and adjoining toilet area. Exceptionally clean in all areas of the accommodation. Beautiful grounds that were being tended during our stay . Some areas of the pool needed a little upkeep. There was a calm and relaxing aura about the place . All staff were highly attentive . Many thanks to Manager for organising a special meal in the restaurant for our 25 th Wedding Anniversary. No expense spared . We had a couple of massages in the spa .Victoria was incredible -one of the highlights of our stay . Although not adult only the children staying at Pula Suites were well behaved and not too noisy . There were more children staying than I expected . We would definitely be visiting again .
