Pure Salt Port de Soller

We were very disappointed that we had 4 nights poor sleep due to the fact that the hotel would not turn the air conditioning on in the rooms. Our room was very hot and all that they offered was a fan which just moved hot air around. When we departed on 23rd April the reception could still not say when it would be turned on but probably would be May! Our experience would have been very good except for this fact. Nowhere on the Pure Salt website or our travel company's was it stated that there was air conditioning but that it would not be turned on. 4 star luxury - I think not! Even in England hotel rooms have individual air con. Shame because almost everything else in this hotel - apart from the very loud member of the hospitality team, who scared guests - was very good.

We had a fantastic week in the Pure Salt hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, stunning views and great food. Port de Soller is a beautiful place to visit. Would definitely recommend and hope we get another chance to stay there soon. Steve and Louise.

After a lot of research into the hotels facing onto the bay we choose Pure Salt and we are very glad we did! We had a fab stay at Salt with a room overlooking the bay with superb views. The location is at the quieter end of the bay which we liked. It’s a short walk to the tram and the many restaurants around it. From the moment we arrived until we left all the staff were very friendly, professional and give us lots of good advice on local restaurants and the best walks. Breakfasts are great with a huge selection to choose from including freshly cooked omelettes which were a great start to the day. We had a very tasty evening meal at Salt too. Highly recommended!
