Rural Sa Bassa Rotja

We really enjoyed our time in Mallorca for a relaxing holiday. The hotel was rustic and authentic providing a Mallorcan feel. We enjoyed using the gym, pools and restaurant. The food was carefully prepared each day with a varied selection of options. The staff were helpful and friendly enabling a hassle free break. Great for a relaxing break.

Todo perfecto. Good service in the restaurant from Raul. Pool is clean and nice. Receptionists are very friendly. Room was cleaned every day. Very quiet and green area.

We have just returned home from an amazing week at this hotel. What can I say, this place is absolutely beautiful. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay. Raul and Silvio are the perfect double act, the younger staff are wonderful too, nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent with a different menu each night with plenty to choose from. I cannot wait for a return visit.

The hotel is beautiful with lovely gardens and surroundings. The pool area is situated so prettily and there are always plenty of sun beds. The food is excellent and the evening meals imaginative with options to suit all tastes. We really enjoyed dining there in such beautiful surroundings. Praise for the staff who are all so friendly and so helpful, cannot fault them at all, lovely people. The air conditioning and water pressure need modernised but this will be done later in the year. Meanwhile you can get by ok. Many places can be reached by car in 30-40 minutes but we are leaving exploring the west of the island for another visit.

Everything was fine and it's a very good hotel. ONE thing I must point out as especially good was the massage we had from Marcello. He is excellent to his job. I have had many treatments (massage ect) but the one from Marcello was very special. When you enter the room he sees all of you and knows at once what your mental state, your body and the whole YOU needs. I can only give him the best and many STARS. (Benedicte Denmark)
