Sofia Alcudia Beach Aparthotel

Perfect location! We were able to lay by the pool, enjoy the music, and then just a few step to the beach for a swim in the sea, and back by the pool. The hotel is also in a great spot on the beach, less crowded than the others, and a nice starting point for a walk along the beach in the mornings. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful! The only downside was that there were a lot of little ones, mostly under the age of 7. So breakfast was a little more chaotic than expected, and parents did not seem to care or try to control. Once we figured out the peak times we knew the best time to go to have a better chance of enjoying a more quiet/calm breakfast. This was the same for the pool at times, however most of the time it worked out between beach and pool on timing. Honestly, the location, and staff made up for that for us, you really can’t beat it. We usually stay in Old Town but decided to try something different, definitely happy we did.

The location couldn't have been better it was literally a few steps away from the beach and everything that makes a perfect stay was in place! The room, the staff, the pool, and the bar were first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone and we will definitely return here in the future. We were looking for a relaxing beach holiday and Sofia Alcudia Beach turned out to be the perfect choice. The hotel itself is very nice (nothing to do with the huge hotels nearby) and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly and welcoming, you feel well looked after. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach, in a calm area. The Strip and the Alcudia port can be easily reached on foot via the very nice path along the seafront. Bus stop is a few steps away too. The food selection and quality exceeded our expectations. Buffet was varied and for all tastes, with several dishes freshly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel and would happily return. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff were always professional, friendly, and ready to help. Rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay. A couple of small notes for future guests: ground-floor rooms come with larger balconies but the sea view is more limited. Our room didn’t have a kettle, iron, or ironing board, so it’s worth checking with the hotel directly if you need those. Also, half board covers meals but not drinks at dinner. The guests we met were polite and friendly, coming from all over Europe, which gave the hotel a nice international feel without being dominated by one group. Around the pool, sunbeds are free, but we personally preferred the beach where two sunbeds plus an umbrella cost just over €18 per day. That said, there’s also plenty of free space for anyone who prefers to bring their own beach gear and umbrella. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and the level of service, so much so that we’re already thinking to return next summer for a longer visit!
