Please do not listen to what people say about the rooms being dirty as the cleaner has come to clean everyday.Brunch caters for everyone.Walking distance to shops restaurants beach.Only downside is the room overlooking a residential apartment.Im back in August so please can I have a pool view as im bringing Grandchildren with me .

Pros: The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to reach any place. Cons: Noise at night: It is very hard to sleep because of people screaming loudly. It's very annoying, and reception did not help us at all. Poor housekeeping: The cleaning service is very bad. They do not clean the room at all; they only change the towels and the toilet paper (and sometimes they even forgot that, leaving us without any). The brunch: It is unlimited, but it is nothing special. I am Italian, so draw your own conclusions.

great hotel staff great buffet great only one thing i would like to have seen is a couple of mugs in the room for tea/coffee , there were 9 of us in 5 loft rooms they are very spacious and very clean , we had an issue in one room with the air conditioning and it was sorted within 6-8 hours , we only logged the issue at 8pm and next morning while at breakfast it was all sorted , great idea brekkie brunch from 8-1.30 there was always loads of food and was very tasty , we are booking the tent calvia for next year as this beats the previous sol hotels we have stayed in

Best hotell in magaluf. Vera good service. Very good food, Marko the best one. Good beer and the best pool in the town

Great location, clean & accessible. We had to wait until 3pm to check into our room which is pretty standard we were offered to put our luggage in a ‘safe’ store which wasn’t very safe due to them just giving the key card to anyone to let themselves in. Easy check in & staff friendly. Room was cleaned during our staff and fresh towels provided. The front desk were accommodating and requested a taxi when we needed. Supermarket shop next door. Washing facilities, pool and gym on site. Beach front and shops 2 minute walk away. Good value for money. We stayed on the opposite side to the pool and the cockerel is very irritating! But I would have to say that has been the only down side to the stay.
