Honestly was worried after reading reviews and in hindsight I should've researched more re hotel however..travelled with my sister for her birthday for a 3 day break and we did have good time. Gabi on reception was lovely and very friendly, 5 star for him Pool area nice and chilled, pool could be cleaner We did enjoy however main issues were other guests, ie young English lads who think running around until 4am is big and clever..also the mess they leave is disgusting, hotel did address and removed some of them which was a relief Great location with shops, restaurants all nearby but if you are looking for quiet holiday maybe rethink location. We found rooms clean and comfortable, mess if anywhere again caused by young people who have no manners. Staff were working hard and were friendly. Food average, not warm and fruit fly infestation that needs addressed. Apart from that we did have nice time.

Stay well away from this awful hotel. No staff no consideration and no clue about customer service! My rooms view was disgraceful and l pre booked a pool view which l didn’t get l also booked a loft suite but got a ground floor apartment!!! Food had flies all over it and the toilet in our room absolutely stank. Only to be told there was nothing they could do about the smell!!!! I asked for a room move to be told they were fully booked and would contact me if they had a cancellation. Holiday is over and nothing heard!!!!! Do not book this hotel. I complained to Opodo and was also told there was nothing they could do! Customer service in this sector seems non existent!!!!

Location was great very central to everything. Atmosphere was fine but I do think the hotel lacks personality, is it a hotel or self service, seems confusing. Rooms were well laid out but basic, no cups glasses etc so drinks on the balcony not an option until I bought my own plastic glasses, kettle is available but no cups for tea/coffee etc no not usual style of self catering. Value was reasonable but I had a choice of 4 star hotels in same area for same price so in hindsight I picked wrong. Rooms were cleaned regularly and at our request so couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Noise level was loud, we were on 3rd floor above breakfast area, which was normal noise but there is also the issue of party goers coming and going all evening and sitting about bar/pool area making quite a bit of noise throughout the night as there is no security to calm the noise or even control who accesses the grounds or the hotel.
