This is our 3rd visit to this relaxed chilled hotel. The friendly staff keep this place spotless. As previously we again opted for half board and enjoyed the selection of food on offer at breakfast and dinner. There’s plenty of sunloungers to go around. The hotel is situated near lots of local shops, restaurants and the beach. The bus service is easy and cheap to use to head to the old town / airport.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 days and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself was beautifully clean and modern with multiple pools, a bar and a food truck that served lots of options of high quality lunch options and snacks throughout the day. There were always lots of sunbeds available throughout the day, more than enough for everyone and no need to get up super early to reserve them. The rooms were lovely and modern, spacious enough for 2 and were cleaned and we were given fresh linen and towels every day, the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and polite. The balcony was lovely and we had a sea view at no extra cost! There was also a gym open 24/7 which had a water dispenser where you could refill water bottles whenever you liked which was a great convenience. The lovely girls who worked behind the pool bar throughout the day were very friendly and efficient and service as a whole was 10/10. We had an issue with not getting our shower to work and after ringing the reception the maintenance team were in our room and had sorted it within 5 minutes. We opted for a ‘room only’ board as we wanted to experience local restaurants and cuisine whilst we were there. This was perfect as the hotel was situated right within the town. There was a huge selection of restaurants within the town, we ate somewhere different every night and there was still more options. The town is lovely, a mix of lots of reasonable places to eat and then some more high end restaurants. We also visited lots of bars in the evening and everywhere we went the locals were lovely and accommodating. Multiple supermarkets within a 1 minute walk from the hotel so everything was so convenient. Even though the hotel was so close to the town it was still lovely and peaceful and we did not hear any noise from anywhere at night or during the day! Perfect for a couples getaway, could not recommend this hotel anymore, no complaints at all.

As a relatively young couple in our mid-20’s, this hotel met our expectations, and likely exceeded them. Starting with the non-negotiables, the entire hotel was clean, tidy, and the staff couldn’t do enough for you - they were very friendly! The check-in process was fast and efficient, then off to see our room. Very clean, well-organised, with a nice balcony in our case overlooking the buzzing street below and one of the hotel bars. Depending on your preference, we weren’t overly keen on the shower / toilet / bedroom all within one room vibe, but accept that this was made clear before visiting so the hotel can’t be penalised for a lack of transparency. Each morning, our room was cleaned and we were given fresh bed sheets; a small detail but important nonetheless. As for the rest of the hotel, it was consistent in that it was well looked-after and a perfect environment in which you could fully switch off and enjoy some much needed rest. We woke each day around 10am and never had an issue getting two sun beds in prime positions (as determined by my partner). The location of the hotel itself is another big plus as it is not quite in the Alcúdia Old Town itself but is close and well connected. A short walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute ride got you either into the Marina or the Old Town itself. Both have great restaurants but we would certainly recommend the Marina / Port D’Alcudia if you want a relaxing but delicious meal followed by some drinks and perhaps some live music afterwards. Our only criticism, and it’s not the end of the world, was the food served around the pool throughout the day. It wasn’t great quality and there weren’t an abundance of options. But given the many great food options around the hotel, this was mitigated. All in all, a relaxing experience at this hotel and we would both return if we revisited Alcudia in the future.

Great location, small rooms but really well designed and good use of space. We only stayed for 4 nights and were out a lot so not an issue for us. Check in and out easy. Good amenities and nice pool area. Good selection of drinks round the pool and cocktails. It was my birthday on the day of arrival and we got a bottle of wine as a gift, which was a nice gesture as they noticed this themselves. We did however leave this as we unfortunately don’t drink wine. Breakfast - large offering, but we did only go one day of four. We just had one issue on our stay on the last day, where we asked for our usual pina colada, but to swap the rum, for vodka, something that we had had through the week lots of times and was never an issue. The barmaid on duty refused, stating it ‘wasn’t possible’, and didn’t believe me that we had had these during our stay, whilst asking the other barmaid to back her up in this not being possible to do. We wouldn’t have minded paying extra, but there were no resolutions offered. My partner then went to bar inside and asked for the same thing, which was served happily with no issue.

After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, staying here was a breath of fresh air. Check-in took a little longer than expected due to a system error, but the staff handled the situation professionally and kindly compensated us with complimentary drinks, which was greatly appreciated. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Most importantly, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Everything was spotless — honestly, it was so clean you could almost eat off the floor. The rooms were absolutely immaculate and easily a 10/10 for cleanliness. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool area and excellent facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
