Zafiro Palace Andratx

Really good all inclusive hotel. We stayed in a Zafiro Club Junior Suite Side Sea View. Food was of a very high quality. Breakfast buffet superb. A la carte restaurants, food really good, very comfortable and very nicely furnished. Staff overall very attentive. Cleanliness and hygiene throughout the resort was exemplary. Very suitable hotel for couples ( like us) or a for a family holiday. I highly recommend.

Hotel very good, virtually brand new. Staff friendly and über helpful. Cleanliness faultless HOWEVER …. We booked the Zafiro Club area which came with upgraded elements including a quiet pool with an abundance of sun loungers and a drinks and food waiter. Francisco was a delight. The downside was despite paying extra for the Club facilities we did not have a SINGLE MEAL be it breakfast, lunch or dinner without the cacophonous background noise of shouting, crying or even screaming young children. Even the bookable Premium Restaurants had children in them determined to spoil your evening experience. When we were children we were made to be seen , not heard but the modern generation with their softly softly parenting attitudes sadly show no consideration to other guests which completely spoils one’s enjoyment. Will we be back to Mallorca? Definitely, we have already booked for next September. Will it be the Xafiro Palace? Sadly not with the current regime in place. You live and learn!

A beautiful hotel, a real treat for us celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Just a few constructive things that would make the Zafiro for us the complete experience; Junior Suite fridge to have premium drinks as stated plus red and white wine over the period of stay. Some staff to be better trained in their approach to guests and knowing who is Club Plus guests so there is no questioning. That said we will certainly return without doubt. Thank you.

Just got back ten nights away, have stayed at other 5 stars zafiro hotels before in Mallorca. Always friendly and professional staff in all departments any problems reception sorted with a phone call or via zafiro app. Restaurants are the reason we went here after hearing they were amazing and you could book them as many times as you want, via app or reception. We try steakhouse, Asian and Italian, all very good service and quality of dishes being served. Bars are very pleasant places to relax and try different cocktails, bar staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Pool bar and pool service means not much moving maybe a swim to the bar to get a drink, again top quality. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, turn down service and towel changing regularly, plenty of beach towels with replacements available if needed. Will definitely be coming back to any of the 5 star zafiro hotels again

Good Hotel. Rather large many of the activities are on their app which the Hotel Reception did not inform us on checking in. The food is good and the use of specialty restaurants without charge except for drinks consumed is an excellent idea. Good Gym and good Yoga and Personal Training classes. There could be more classes as the Gym was quiet Good location though it is a five to ten minute walk to Camp de Mar
