Zafiro Palace Andratx

Absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff were so friendly and very helpful. There are too many to name Sergio on concierge, Lucie in the restaurants and Oscar at the club zafiro truck. Rooms were spotlessly clean and no end of towel changes and little touches such as sweets delivered to your room when you were part of the zafiro club. The penthouse suites were also amazing with a two storey balcony. Would definatley recommend. All restaurants and bar areas lovely with superb food and drinks. Location excellent as is near to the beach.

Top quality hotel facilities. Lots of swimming pools, sunbeds, big bedrooms and dining choices. Excellent breakfast. Dinner in the market restaurant buffet good but some food only lukewarm. Good a la carte restaurants and no problems booking. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean everywhere. Good gym and classes. Indoor pool small and shallow. Sauna and steam room not always hot enough and pool jacuzzi not working. Jacuzzi baths in room are good. Very quiet (25%?) especially at dinnertime. Lots of young couples and babies. Evening entertainment with different singers each night at 9 and small Flamenco show on Sat night. Great views and only 5 mins walk to beach, where there's a few shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus stop nearby with frequent links to airport, Palma, Paguera and Port Andratx. Good walks in hills nearby and to Torre. Excellent bike hire in Paguera (RideMallorca). Very comfortable and relaxing stay and good value.

My wife and I loved this place. We stayed on an all-inclusive plus basis in a Zafiro Club Penthouse. We are made to feel so welcome from the moment of arrival and were shown around by the Club concierge Sergio who is a credit to the hotel and for whom nothing was too much trouble. We ate really well using the four a la carte restaurants (Mare Nostrum twice) all of which were super. Breakfast in the buffet was also comprehensive and fine. The food, service and friendliness of the team were brilliant, as were all the people with whom we interacted. The Blue bar cocktails really hit the spot. Also the team at the Spa deserve a mention too. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for a really relaxing break. If we had to suggest anything to be different it would just be that the dress code for dinner is a bit too casual for our liking as we enjoy dressing

Amazing friendly service from every area in the hotel. Food was exceptional, especially the Mare Nostrum (like Masterchef ! ) in both presentation and taste, together with knowledgeable staff. Great live entertainment at night. Hopefully will be returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Zafiro Palace Andratx. The staff were amazing and accommodating for our family of four. The food was fantastic, with lots of choice both at the buffet and with a la carte restaurants. Our daughter is swimming obsessed so the choice of pools was great, and really appreciated a heated pool outside too! Thank you for a fabulous trip
