Zafiro Palace Andratx

The Zafiro Andratx is gorgeous and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it. We travelled with our daughter who is just under 2 and it was perfect for us. We were bed and breakfast, breakfast choice was great. The hotel is immaculate, always being cleaned; the grounds are well kept and the staff are lovely - shout out to Soleme by the pool who was always so friendly. Pools are super clean, lots of choice, the baby pool is amazing under the canopy as our daughter had so much freedom whilst knowing she was safe from the sun. Equally the adult pool and the sky pool looked gorgeous and more suited to adults. The rooms are lovely, huge wardrobe which saved having cases everywhere. The temperature of the pool was perfect for us and children - refreshing but not too cold. As for location, the beach is such a short walk, 5 mins walk with some lovely restaurants, enough for us for a week. Camp de Mar beach is lovely white sand, clean and with plenty of beds. We booked a private transfer from the airport to save time which was very easy and a short 30 mins away, again ideal with little ones. I spent ages searching for the perfect hotel to come with a little one, searching for good location, short transfer, enough bustle nearby and a lovely hotel and this lived up to it. We haven’t been able to fault this hotel, we’ve had a great week and would recommend to anyone, including those travelling with little ones.

I would never have thought Spain would impress me so much as a holiday, but hotel Zafiro_Palace_Andratx-Camp_De_Ma in Majorca really was outstanding in every department. Far to many staff members to call out for excellence, but food, rooms, drinks, pools, location were a great worthy 5 star hotel, all inclusive.

Lovely hotel, very clean but complicated layout involving using stairs or lifts to the different levels.Hotel is not in Port Andratx but in Camp de Mar. Large comfortable rooms and balconies. Open bathroom does not offer much privacy or sound proofing. 4 separate pools were great but offered little shade because the parasols were too small. Pool side service slow and food on the basic side. Good choice of restaurants, La Verandah disappointing. Service in restaurants very friendly but not very professional. Only one bar in the evening for the entire hotel. Beware the all inclusive rate includes only a few premium spirits and wines. Hotel very popular with young couples with babies and toddlers.

I have never returned to a hotel I have stayed at in over 40 years, this hotel is the exception. We stayed here 2 years ago and everything about it was perfect. I am pleased to say on our return, nothing has changed. The rooms, food, facilities, atmosphere is fantastic but what truly makes this is the staff. From the men who clean the pools, the wonderful ladies who attend our rooms and the staff at the restaurants, bars and food trucks. Everyone is amazing with their attention to detail, always happy disposition and nothing is too much trouble attitude have made our holiday unbelievably good. A huge thank to Florence who made our holiday so easy. To Ines and Evelyn who gave the best massage ever. Thank you so much to all the incredible staff.

We came for a five night getaway, wow! We had an amazing holiday, fabulous junior penthouse room with our own pool! Food was excellent, the restaurants really are à la carte, it was really just a fantastic hotel and we were well and truly spoilt throughout our stay!
