Zafiro Palace Andratx

Just returned from the second trip at this fantastic hotel and we were not disappointed. I was celebrating my 60th with friends and the whole team made us feel very special. We went all in for 3 days and every meal was excellent with service to match . Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and professional and a special shout out to Elen in the restaurant and the lady in the roof top bar ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) making us fabulous cocktails and naming us the Spice Girls 😆 whilst ensuring we had everything we wanted. We’ve already booked for next year !! Thank you so much.

Fantastic hotel with great staff, delicious food and chilled ambiance. We were there with our disabled adult daughter and the hotel was really accommodating. Special thanks to Ewa who made us feel so welcome every morning and at lunchtime. Our daughter has no verbal communication. Ewa remembered her name from the first morning and greeted her every day by name. A small gesture but made a big difference. We loved the food and service. A luxurious stay and we will definitely return here or to another Zafiro hotel,

Great hotel in a wonderful scenic location with great views of the Mallorca hills. The room was attended to at least 3 times a day. The maid brought fresh towels at least twice a day and the mini bar continuously stocked. The hotel is spotless and very well kept with ongoing maintenance visible throughout our trip showing care and upkeep of the facilities. All staff friendly and welcoming and the food is the best we ever had at an all inclusive resort. The à la carte restaurants can be booked as many time as you like - there is no cap unlike similar hotels in the island. The rooms are top quality. We had a junior penthouse suite with plunge pool. The location is quite remote and there isn’t much to do nearby so we had thankfully hired a car and we’re glad we had. Additionally, there are a lot of young families with crying g babies. Seems to be a very popular hotel for young families. I would have preferred more adults only zones but we did know this when booking so was expected. If you are looking for a kids free zone, this is not the hotel for you. Can be quite noisy with screaming babies. I would have given the hotel a 5 star had there been more adults only areas and kids not in restaurants at later slots

Lovely hotel quiet location easy access to beach and transport to surrounding towns.

Have mixed feelings about this place as it is truly a memorable hotel with fabulous rooms ,staff ,food and facilities but does have some flaws . The staff are excellent and happy to help with anything. The level of cleanliness is very high. The hotel food is outstanding and has fantastic menus in the à la carte restaurants as well as the buffet. My only real issues are with the lack of a quiet bar space without toddlers screeching and someplace to enjoy some peace with no entertainment on (which was not the best). There appears to be only one main bar open in the evenings. The whole hotel was like a 5* crèche the week we visited and parental control is not what it used to be to be . The other area for concerns was the lack of signage and shower facilities on the poolsides.It was not obvious where to shower before entering the pools. I would love to return to this hotel if the management could look into an adult only bar space to relax with my cocktails and not have toddlers running around under my bar stool .
