Very difficult review to write this, I have given 4 stars, could have given 5 but also could have given 1 or 2 stars. We have stayed at another Zoetry resort, and this was very different. Beautiful with flaws is a description from a previous reviewer, and this sums up our experience. Were were worried by some of the previous negative reviews, and some were justified, and more will follow! The property is beautiful, the main building, grounds, communal and pool areas are lovely and well kept. We stayed in one of the standard 'ponent' rooms which were perfectly good, large, with everything you need, large bathroom, bath, separate shower etc.. Then we come to the restaurants! Firstly, to clarify, at this time of year, there are two restaurants for dinner (excluding the independent Michelin star one), which share the central courtyard, one for breakfast and one for lunch, so if you stay more than a few days the choice can be limiting. Overall we found the quality of the food was good, fresh local produce. Service however varied greatly. Dinner was usually very good, Andrea was very good, along with Kiko. Breakfast varied, often with long wait times to take your hot food order. Ines was very good and held the place together, Roberto also good. Lunch and afternoon bar service, which is Es Clot by the pool, was the worst service, long initial wait times, orders sometimes wrong, sometimes cold. Pool App ordering system generally didn't work, and most staff didn't know how to make certain drinks, including cocktails. The staff were generally good, it's a management problem, no leadership or direction. I have given 4 stars overall because an experienced resort restaurant manager could easily fix these problems. There were some junior management around, who were frankly useless. In a week I never met anyone who seemed to be in a position of authority. We stayed All Inclusive (Endless Privileges) which is good value. However we felt the wine list under this scheme was very limited. Mini Bar was included but very limited, one serving of each wine / spirit only. Also in our previous experience Zoetry A.I started when you arrived and left the resort, not at check out. We couldn't get a late check out, and were not granted any privileges after check out (we had a night flight) Beautiful with flaws!

Zoetry Mallorca is a truly exceptional hotel, set in beautiful peaceful surroundings, felt you had truely escaped the outside world from the second you enter the presmises. The quality of the food across all three meals was truly amazing. The tranquility of the adult pool area was fantastic, no music, extremely peaceful, chance to relax and unwind and read uninterrupted from any distractions. The main sections of the original monastery were stunning. The whole hotel took on a magical feeling at night once all the lighting came on. Fantastic unique hotel. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Only small recommendations for improvement would be to install glass shower screens in the bathroom otherwise you truly have a “wet room” experience and sadly had to use towels to dry the floor and therefore created the need for fresh towels every day, so not that eco friendly. Only other area of improvement would be more staff at lunchtime service by pool. Finally, only small gripe was that upon check out at 12pm, we asked reception if we could still qualified for the lunch at 1pm before departing the hotel at 4pm, and despite this being authorized by the reception desk, we were initially asked to pay for our final lunch (despite this being our 7th lunch as we were staying for a week) and after some debate with management team this charge was removed. Having stayed at many all inclusive hotels over past 15 years all meals have always been included until departure from the hotel premises. Other than these very small issues we would highly recommended this hotel to any potential guests and as mentioned above we will definitely be returning in the future.
