The location is good, it is a special spot if you go to relax and make the least effort possible. However, there are some details that make the experience not 100% satisfactory. I think the staff is mostly very friendly, we highlight the attention of the guys at the bar, but there is one of the receptionists who is for our taste, quite rude, every time we tried to communicate with him, even in Spanish, he pretended that he did not understand what we were saying to him, besides his attitude was quite passive aggressive, so after a couple of interactions we decided to evade his presence completely. In another section, the food seems generally good to us. However, the Italian and Asian night, left us somewhat disappointed, we knew that we were not going to find something authentic but it felt that there was really not very good quality in the preparation of food. Even so, we decided to focus on the things that did well and with that we got ahead; in this section I have to say that for the cost of dinners within the package offered, we needed more quality and variety in food. In general terms, we love the island, the spa is a good place to relax after a day at the beach, and except for the details of the food and the staff I think we could consider returning. Since they are elements that can be easily improved. A good option to consider for your vacation.

Short flight to a peaceful area of Menorca. We upgraded to an ocean facing swim up suite and it was brilliant. Modern facilities and very clean. Dining area was really nice with inside and outside options for seating. The evenings were often themed so there was a lot of variety, as well as some easy to please all classics. Breakfast was varied, too, with cold and hot options. Drinks were reasonably priced. We used the main bar in the evenings and enjoyed a variety of cocktails, expertly prepared by Elvira. Staff were friendly and helped in any way they could. He grounds are very well kept and the main pools were just across the road. Two local shops within a 5 minute walk meant we could easily stock up on snacks and drinks for the room, as well as buy small gifts. Taxi into Mahon is quick and less than twenty euros, and it was nice to visit the town. It's definitely worth doing the boat tour for some history.

Nice location (close to the sea), everything you need but nothing extra special - just average. Price/quality balance rather poor.

Great location only twenty minutes transfer from the airport. Laid back vibes from the Puro Beach Club and gorgeous swimming pool area. There are steps down to the sea from the "beach" area and the sun beds are excellent. There is no sand here but actually it was great and very relaxing to know we could dip in the sea and we didn't bother to use the free shuttle to Punta Prima because it wasn't crowded here and was perfect for our break. The food is really good with great choices and lots of fresh seafood and fish on the menu.
