We stayed at the hotel in mid June, was so much better than we anticipated. One of our favourite stays ever! Hotel room was clean and tidy, with room service daily. Beds were a little too firm for our liking but that’s just our preference. Room features were good, the hairdryer actually worked properly and the soaps etc were a good quality. Only issue with the room was a slippery balcony area- dangerous when wet- woke up to condensation? on the floor and my partner unfortunately fell over on the slippery surface whilst avoiding a beetle (funny in retrospect) but something to be aware of. Pool area was lovely (hotel pool not beach club pool) with plenty of sun beds and no sunbed ears early in the morning!! Was so refreshing not to have to fight to get a sunbed, we arrived at the pool at all times of the day and never had an issue once. Activities at the pool were good, water volleyball, sangria making and entertainment team (Zack) came round asking people in person if they wanted to join in which was a nice touch. We needed up going on a hike from him asking and we had such fun and saw a beautiful part of the island. Food at the restaurant was good, plenty of selection however not labeled which was a little annoying as we couldn’t figure out what we were eating. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Two members of staff in particular Bruno & lady with a bob (sorry didn’t get her name) were by far the best and made us feel welcome. Only real annoyance was the lack of clarity in using some of the amenities the hotel chain offers (as some off site) we booked through jet2 which listed activities that we would have liked to have used but wasn’t made clear as to how/if we could have used them- but then again we didn’t go out of our way to ask. Feel like the hotel could make it clearer. Shoutout to Zack and Bruno for making us feel so welcome - made our holiday so much more fun - they’re an asset to the hotel!

Nice hotel, breakfasts and pool. Didn't experience much else. Surprisingly little going on/few bars restaurants in S'Algar - seems like Alua Soul have pretty much a monopoly and prices are accordingly very high.

Great hotel, very helpful staff, food in the buffet was good, but not for 3 meals a day! Purobeach Club was lovely, All Inclusive guests were allowed in, free beds, free drinks, but no waiter service and you got 10% off of the food menu. Unfortunately, S'Algar only had one other restaurant and that wasn't great, so you had to get a taxi to Punta Prima (or the free shuttle up to 5pm) for choice of restaurants and bars. We were told there was another A La Carte restaurant at a Sister hotel, which was 20 minutes away, but you couldn't book it at our hotel, so would have to ring or chance it and go up there, we were not told about this when we checked in, it was on the Tui description of the hotel, so quite misleading. Dinky's was a great cocktail bar, but again not part of the hotel, so had to pay for drinks. So, unless you like a few drinks during the day as well as evening, I wouldn't bother with the All Inclusive.

Great customer service better than the hotel nearby where I stayed previously . A better experience, lovely memories.

We stayed for 4 nights as a quick break away in the sun. The hotel itself was lovely, our room was clean and had everything we needed with a balcony overlooking the central courtyard and surrounded by lovely flowers. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was immaculate and the toiletries were a great addition. We were all inclusive and whilst the choice of food wasn’t massive, what we had was lovely at every meal and the staff were very attentive. The best part for us was the beach club across the very quiet road that guests have full use of, the comfiest sunbeds ever and 2 beautiful pools. Would definitely return for a relaxing break in a beautiful hotel.
