Brilliant stay at the Aluasoul Menorca. A quiet location, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Our stay was perfect from check in to checkout. The reception staff were incredibly helpful with all questions and gave all the information needed during our stay. The dining staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to get to know all of the guests. The food was brilliant and plenty of choice. The rooms were kept incredibly clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. The entertainment/ activities gentleman kept a great atmosphere during the day/ evening. There is a free shuttle bus to the local beach provided by the hotel. The hotel staff kindly arrange taxi’s if you would like to visit other locations and there is nothing they were not able to support us with! Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve just returned from a stay at Alua Soul Menorca and overall had a lovely holiday. The rooms were lovely and very clean, the food was brilliant, and I really enjoyed the different themed food nights. Our favourite was definitely Mexican night! The staff were also lovely throughout our stay and we had absolutely no issues with the service from them. There were, however, a few things that I felt let the hotel down and could be easily improved. The biggest one for me was the lack of easily accessible drinks, particularly water. For a hotel in such a hot climate, I really feel that water should be available for guests to help themselves to throughout the hotel. The only water I could find was at reception, and on a few occasions I noticed — and experienced myself — that guests weren't permitted to pour their own water; a member of staff had to do it. The same applied at lunch and dinner. I completely understand wanting to be served drinks such as wine or cocktails, but there didn't seem to be any facility for guests to simply help themselves to water or other drinks. On one occasion I saw bottles of water on a side table and asked if I could take one for our table, but was told no and that someone would come to the table. It just felt a little too controlled, especially when it comes to something as basic as getting a glass of water. I'd love to see a few self-service water stations dotted around the hotel. I don't think this is too much to ask, particularly given the climate, and it would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. Another thing that was slightly confusing was arrival and understanding what facilities we could use. The Beach Club across the road is beautiful and the staff there were absolutely lovely, but initially we weren't quite sure where we were actually able to swim and what was included. For anyone visiting on an all-inclusive basis, the Beach Club across the road is available to hotel guests. You can use any sunbed that hasn't been reserved or doesn't have a towel rolled up on it. There is also a separate all-inclusive menu with lots of drinks, as well as snacks available. The snacks were really tasty and a great option if you don't fancy a full lunch at the buffet. This information wasn't particularly clear to us when we first arrived, so hopefully this helps anyone planning a visit. Our room also felt quite damp during our stay. I'm not sure whether this was specific to our room, and thankfully it didn't affect our holiday, but it's something worth mentioning. The location itself is very quiet, which was actually exactly what we wanted. I'd describe it as a lovely, sleepy little town. We didn't realise until towards the end of our stay that just a short walk along the seafront there is a hidden restaurant and a supermarket. We discovered it on our last night and wished we'd found it sooner! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice, the food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. For me, the main improvement would simply be giving guests a little more freedom when it comes to getting drinks, particularly water. A few self-service water stations around the hotel would make such a difference.

Having lived in Menorca I always go to this hotel having been twice a year for the last six years, so for me it’s my second home. For a single person it is comfortable with a good atmosphere and not noisy. The staff are excellent and extremely friendly and helpful.

A gorgeous hotel with amazing facilities! The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. Zack in the entertainment was always so friendly and made the extra effort to get to know everyone and get us all involved during the day and evening. The rooms were extremely clean and beds were comfy! We are already excited to stay here again!

We had an enjoyable time at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Lovely room with plunge pool. Good evening entertainment. A good selection of cocktails and a good range of food, especially for me being vegetarian. The pool was very quiet. No issues with it being over the road from the hotel. Ot was very private to hotel residents, and although no beach, there were steps down in to the sea for a swim. Overall a very relaxing place to spend a week, just my husband and I.
