Artiem Carlos

As soon as you arrive at this fabulous hotel you feel special. Thank you to the great team. Miguel is a star!

The hotel is fantastic beautiful location overlooking the sea. The staff are so happy and helpful. If you don't like buffet dinners book B&B as for the one evening we had dinner that was a bit of a down but everything else faultless.

Just returned from another fabulous stay at the Artiem. Lovely room overlooking the pool and sea view, it is well worth paying a little extra to have the sea view rooms although other rooms are available at time of booking. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Cales Fonts where there is a lively harbour with numerous restaurants, there is also a few little supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The staff at the hotel are one of the added bonuses when you stay at the Artiem, they are simply the best. From the bar and restaurant staff to the reception and cleaning staff and not to forget the maintenance crew, every single one of them deserve recognition for the effort they put in. Also a quick mention for the manager Lorenzo who is always available and approachable, and he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are enjoying your holiday. Well done Team Artiem

This was my first visit to this hotel and I have booked for a return trip next year. Being a solo traveller I was made to feel very welcome by staff and other guests. There are many returning guests which speaks volumes and I certainly didn’t notice anyone “ruling the roost” which was noticed by one reviewer. In fact I found other guests very friendly, especially when I told them I was a newby to the hotel. They gave lots of advice on places to go and good restaurants to use. My room was excellent, with good air-con and super clean which is testament to the lovely cleaning staff. In fact the staff in every area of the hotel were an absolute credit. Thank you. I do agree however, with the many comments regarding the reserving of sunbeds at silly o’clock every day! Personally I never had a problem, nor did I find it necessary to set out my stall every day before sunrise.😂 I’m so looking forward to returning to returning.

We have been going to the Artiem Carlos for over thirty years, and can assure the complainers that we have never had any preferential treatment. The staff have always treated all their guests equally. As for the sunbeds issue? What a fuss about nothing. There were plenty available all day.
