This is a good well furnished & maintained adult only 4 star hotel in a good location, an easy scenic walk to Mahon in 30-40 minutes or catch a bus 7 minutes away. There are great views from most rooms which are slightly small but still comfortable with all of the facilities needed plus fairly large bathrooms. The restaurant is a high quality buffet with main dishes cooked to order if required or you can help yourself, the bar also serves food. The hotel’s greatest asset is the professional, friendly & frankly fantastic staff. I had to use the local health centre & couldn’t have been cared for better. The help & kindness I received from the hotel reception was exceptional. The only negative is that the pool is unheated & rather cold for some . I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel & intend to make a return visit.

Everything from beginning to end was wonderful. The staff are welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you have a great time and that you feel valued. They feel like your friends. We’ll be back soon!

Amazing views over the port. Great way to start the day having breakfast with such an amazing back drop. Fantastic helpful staff Great rooms sizes with a good size bathroom. White Company products in the room was a great touch.

We recently spent a week at Arteim Carlos Hotel, and I simply can’t praise it enough. Our sea view room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast (especially the made to order omelettes) was delicious and there was a great selection. The outdoor areas are gorgeous and the views exceptional. The incredible staff totally deliver on ensuring a relaxing and revitalising stay. The town and harbour of Es Castell are nearby with lots of restaurant options. Would highly recommend.
