Just returned from a 10 night stay here and I'd very happily return again. The location is excellent, overlooking Mahon harbour. It was enjoyable watching all the ships, boats and especially seeing the expensive super yachts going in and out of the harbour. It was easy to travel into Mahon. Walking is about 45 mins and a taxi is 10 mins (€8 - €9). Well worth visiting. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to Cales Fonts which is a beautiful cove with plenty of restaurants. As for the hotel itself, it's very clean and the food is excellent with a lot of choice. There's a small but decent gym, a wellness centre and plenty of space inside to sit and relax. Outside There's a large saltwater pool (kept at a perfect temperature) and a jacuzzi. Plenty of sun loungers but maybe not quite enough parasols or tables (my only minor complaint). The staff are amazing. Every single one of them is so friendly and helpful and you feel they genuinely want you to have the best time.

It was a wonderful vacation, discovering Menorca. we stayed very well in this hotel and really all the staff were super nice to us. I thank the girls at the bar/restaurant and the super nice and patient chef Misa!

This was our first time in Menorca and as we couldn’t find a suitable airbnb, we decided to go for a hotel for adults and Artiem Carlos did not disappoint in any way. It was clean and well maintained with very helpful staff who were very patient as well as knowledgeable in answering our questions especially Judith who went out of her way to ensure our stay was what we wanted it to be.

Excellent Hotel, we haven’t been for 20 years, we first stayed there for our honeymoon in 1997 and were not disappointed on our return, it has been updated and is lovely. It’s spotlessly clean, the staff cannot do enough to help you, nothing is too much for them, they just want you to have a lovely relaxing holiday. The breakfast is amazing, such a huge choice and something for everyone. It is at such a beautiful location, right on the seafront, it is great to watch the yachts passing through. Cala Font harbour is amaxing, what a beautiful spot and a lovely short walk from the hotel. It was great to see Miguel who worked at the hotel in 1997, it must be the Menorcan air and way of life, because he hasn’t aged at all. We will return for our 30th anniversary next year. Thank you to all the staff, we had a great holiday.
