Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

I can only assume the photos were AI or taken when the resort first opened.. If you’re used to a holiday where the pool area is cleaned each morning, the water crystal clear, the restaurant expertly managed and never needing to hunt down staff to replace empty items on the buffet… then this is definitely NOT the holiday for you! Cleanliness - each morning we would go to the same loungers; there was always detritus that had clearly blown around including napkins, straws and other items. The side table remained filthy for the entire week. The rooms weren’t cleaned as such.. just beds made, insufficient towel replacement - on arrival there were 5 sheets and 5 hand towels and 1 bath mat; then the “replacement” became 5 sheets; no hand towels or bath mat. We had house mates in the form of ants.,, when reporting these to reception we were advised someone would come and put ant spray down… this never happened. Someone vomited on the path at the resort on the Saturday, this remained there until we left on the Friday. The restaurant - although the food was acceptable, the lack of variety wore thin during the week. The staff were great at taking your plates away; but the lack of staff monitoring what had run out was lacking. Then there is the flies all over the food… stomach turning to say the least. The pool has fake grass which on arrival I thought was great because you wouldn’t burn your feet… however the mud bath this turned into around the pool was absolute grim. The entertainment team tried their best but also seemed to double up as poo removal when someone had an accident in the pool. The lifeguards were clearing cups… it all seemed very understaffed. As for the reception team - a distinct lack of job satisfaction so perhaps the wrong job for them. Pool towels can be obtained via deposit. As can a kettle - €20… €10 despot and a €10 usage charge! Then there’s the entertainment area… of an evening we’d go there after dinner, to be greeted by all the rubbish from whatever had gone on there during the day time - cups, rubbish and endless cigarette ends… We were extremely disappointed with this holiday and feel we were the victims of false advertising. On returning both our daughters were sick, one in the form of impetigo and the other a chest infection… coincidence?? Who knows!

Terrible hotel our room smelt like poo the entire 10 days all they did was put bleach down had ants everywhere red and black even in the bed we were bitten by the red ants. Rooms are so far away up a big hill food was bland and poor quality for 4 star was so disappointing around the pool was dirty my daughter hat got so dirty I had to buy a new one blocked drains all around pool only plus for this hotel was there entertainment staff they were 5 star but rest of hotel is 2 star at best

Me, hubbie and 2 boys (14 and 11) have just stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a nice enough time. The hotel is in a beautiful location, has character and apartment blocks look nice from outside, but the rooms are quite dated with old fashioned furniture inside. The shower is good, and our balcony was good with a great view. Sofa bed was uncomfortable for the boys and they don't have a mirror or TV in the bedroom! Found it difficult to straighten my hair, and had to wait for the bathroom to be free to do make up. Lots of steps around, but we didn't mind too much as helped work off a few calories from food. Food was nice enough, with a good selection for adults and children. The main pool was a nice temperature, but too shallow, my boys said they would have enjoyed it much more with a deeper end. Also, the artificial grass surrounding it is awful. Beneficial for not burning feet at the poolside, but just not worth it on my opinion. Way too many wasps and flies bothering us whilst trying to enjoy a poolside drink. Limited number of cocktails available on the all inclusive, discovered they had prosecco on the last hour of our last evening (doh). Entertainment was ok, but didn't really get to see it much as not enough tables in the outside the stage area. We got a taxi to Fornells one evening, for this reason (8 euros each way). Staff are lovely, friendly and work very hard. The beach is just outside the hotel which you can get straight onto via the gate by the restaurant. Lot of seaweed at the beginning, but fine after, and it goes very sandy and shallow. You could go over the steps at the left to the other section of beach if you don't like seaweed, because it looked clear over that side. I wouldn't call it a 4 star unfortunately, more like a 3 star.

Just returned from a week long stay. After reading recent reviews we actually tried to switch hotels (with no luck) 2 weeks before arriving as they had totally put us off but I honestly it was no where near as bad as expected. We arrived at noon and I knew checking in wasn’t until 3pm so I’d packed a beach bag with swimwear ready to grab so that wasn’t an issue. They provided you with a map on arrival and the hotel was easy enough to navigate although it would have been nice to have assistance to the room especially with multiple cases, two small children and a pushchair. The hotel is set into a hill but the walk to the room was not bad at all, although I can imagine anyone with mobility issues would struggle. The pool area was incredibly busy and in my opinion it needs to be bigger. Forget sitting on the side of the pool with a book you have no chance. It was a fairly shallow all around which was ideal for younger children. The splash park was a nice touch which our children enjoyed. One thing I do think the hotel needs to do is remove the fake grass around the pool, it was vile, had an awful smell and was filthy. There was multiple cup stations/bins around the pool to clear up after yourself however some families chose to totally ignore this and left such a mess. The food was better than expected and you could always find something for everyone to eat. There was a lot of pork so more variety would have been nice. The restaurant could become very chaotic and busy at times but if you didn’t mind being a little warmer it was much more peaceful to sit outside with the sea view. The staff were all friendly and worked hard my own fault would be with housekeeping. Each day around 2:30pm we returned to the room to allow the children to nap, without fail housekeeping would turn up during this time despite reception reassuring us it would be done by 2pm as a priority. This meant some days our room went without being cleaned as they didn’t return to clean once we had left. One evening we had to trail back to reception just to get some towels. The location was peaceful and the beach was beautiful (walk over the steps to the larger section). I’d recommend a trip into Fornells as it’s beautiful but book your taxi to return before you go as it’s a nightmare trying to get back. Overall it was a nice stay. More of a 3 star than a 4 in my opinion. Personally we wouldn’t return as it just wasn’t our vibe.
