Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

Writing this review a week after we left as I wanted time to reflect. Unfortunately I am still disappointed. Definitely not worthy of 4*. Massively overpriced, underwhelming, and under staffed. Food was ok, room was ok, pool was ok, entertainment was just about ok. Nothing was great. Me and my wife must have said "let's make the most of it" or "just roll with the punches," 5 or 6 times throughout our week. Massive long steep walk back to our tiny little apartment. The hotel expected my 5 year old daughter and 2 year old son to share a sofa bed, my wife and I gave them the double bed and we dealt with the sofa bed, which had both of our lower legs hanging off the end. Cleaners were terrible, some days they came, some days they didnt. Some days they changed the sheets, sometimes they just tucked the old sheets in. Not once did they even mop the floor. With a 2 year old and a 5 year old this is obviously a basic requirement and surely a bare minimum task of a so called 4* resort. Astro turf by the pool was disgusting, soggy and dirty. My sliders looked filthy after day 1. Drinks at the the buffet (fight the que's to serve yourself) 50% of the time weren't working. 5 or 6 times I had to get cutlery off of other tables because they had run out, My 2 year old son had to eat his cereal with a serving spoon on several occasions due to lack of tea spoons. Kettles have to be rented, safe to be rented, cot has to be requested (apparently in advance of 2 months). Rooms or so called apartments have enough storage for clothes to accommodate one person and not all lights work. Half mile climb to the apartment with 3 suitcases, 1 push chair and very tired children to then be met with four flights of stairs, all with no assistance. All in all, we made the most of it but we are very disappointed with both the hotel and misleading advertising from jet2.

Unfortunately many of the recent reviews of this place are correct. The only people who would rate this a 4* are those profiting from it in some way, surely! Rooms are fine, plenty of space with working aircon, although not sure of the point of the kitchenette and why they plonk a big table in the way of being able to open the sofa bed (we just moved the table in front of the pointless kitchen!). Lots of hills to walk up to get around but in fairness this is stated on the website and there are some lovely sea views fo be had in places. But definitely not one to book with any mobility issues. The main pool area (not that it is big enough) is surrounded by astroturf and it is constantly wet and muddy. It is disgusting and has put me off sitting around it at all. Just horrible. The pool is quite shallow and therefore very warm in the heat. Not sure there is a huge amount they can do about this without making the pool bigger but there isn't anywhere to properly dip in and cool off which is needed in this climate! The place is woefully understaffed. Those working are doing a good job (some are very friendly!) but there simply aren't enough of them to keep up with the place. Lots of the communal areas are dirty. No soap in some of the toilets (dispensers ripped off walls!). Broken taps. Just disgusting in places. The splash park is as expected although looking a little tired. There needs to be a bar up there near it to save the walk down to the pool bar, although at least this means it's a bit quieter up there. Not enough floats for the float slide and then rude children monopolising the ones that are there as again, there aren't enough staff to create a proper system here. The games room must have been done up recently as it is actually quite nice in there and very cool with the aircon. Unfortunately again no real supervision in here or anything in place to stop the PlayStations being hogged, etc. Limited opening times because the one member of staff in it probably has six other jobs to do! The restaurant is as expected for an AI buffet if it were a 3* hotel. Food is edible. Pour your own drinks etc. Can't get any kind of cocktail on AI which isn't great at the level they are advertising this place at. If you are considering booking this please look at different options, there are better out there for the money. I will be complaining to Jet2 about this shortly as they are harming their brand advertising this place as a 4*.

Fergus Club ranks as one of the of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Rated 4 star by Jet2 I can only assume they have mixed up this rating with another hotel. Procedures on arrival were long winded , not assisted by the unhelpful staff. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was tired and had no kettle ( chargeable) or coffee machine. The main pool was very crowded with insufficient sun beds whilst the pool with water slides was at the top of the hill…oxygen needed. The toilets serving the pool area were disgusting. The dining room was basic and again crowded. The food was poor quality and generally tasteless. Difficult to describe exactly how bad this hotel was… We left for another hotel after two days.

Overall, our stay was very average. The hotel itself was okay (outdated rooms a d common areas and dirty in some places like pool bins not being cleaned overnight for the next day), the pools were quite warm rather than cool and refreshing, which was disappointing in the heat. Some members of staff were friendly and helpful, while others were not. The biggest issue occurred towards the end of our stay. About 30 minutes before the buffet opened, I needed some milk for my baby. The bar staff told me to ask at the buffet because they didn't have any. When I went there, two male members of staff rudely shouted at me to leave, despite me explaining that I simply needed milk for my baby. I found their behaviour completely unacceptable. I reported the incident to reception, and while they apologised on behalf of the hotel, no practical solution was offered. I still had to walk uphill in the heat to buy milk elsewhere before returning to feed my baby. For an all-inclusive hotel, I believe providing something as basic as milk for a baby should never be an issue. Unfortunately, this experience left a sour impression during the last few days of our holiday. Combined with the fact that I felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered, I won't be returning.
