Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

Have just returned from a 7-night stay. Overall, I’d rate the hotel good, given its focus on child-friendly activities and amenities, cleanliness, and good food. The hotel loses a star for initial check-in experience and noisy accommodation (owing to tiled floors). I’ll initially dispel any concerns about the pool water - I saw this being tested regularly, and cleaned daily. The water, in both pools, was crystal clear. There are lifeguards available during the operating hours of both pools. I highly recommend the pirate splash pool, my 8-year old loved it, and we were often able to find enough sun loungers for the three of us. The food is very good, something for everyone, and even picky children will be catered for. It’s a nice touch having Sangria on tap. There’s an excellent mix of food choices, and all are well cooked. I thought the food quality and choice were a real selling point and genuinely excellent. The staff are excellent, certainly those who run the activities and shows. They put real effort in and they clearly enjoy their job. Hats off to them, looking after a gaggle of children in 30+ degree heat every day must be difficult, but they do a good job and deserve to be recognised. The shows and games room are also very good, something for everyone and a great way to pass the time. A few minus points; we arrived late (c. 10pm) on Tuesday, with an 8-year old. There was no food available, not a yogurt, no fruit, no cereal bars, nothing - no option of just getting something from the kitchen. I was disappointed, the hotel would have known we were travelling with a child, they would have known our rough arrival time, a small, chilled food bag isn’t too much to ask and I have had this provided at other hotels. With that said, we were able to get lunch and drinks even after check-out (midday), owing to a much later transfer to the airport. The hotel check-in staff, whilst quite pleasant, didn’t offer to help with bags at all. This is despite arriving late, having a moderate (c. 300m) walk uphill, on uneven pavements, in a place we haven’t been to before. They did direct us on a map, but I wasn’t all that impressed. And finally, although I will say this was partially remedied by a change of room, do your best to not stay in a ground floor room. There is very little sound proofing, and the rooms are secured via some metal grating on the windows and door. So, you will hear everything above you and around you. You’ll get very little sunlight through the metal grating (you can open them, but it defeats the point). We complained about the noise deadening and moved to a 1st floor apartment, with no one above us. There was less metal grating, the room felt sunnier and more ‘holiday-like’ as a result, and noise drastically reduced.

The hotel was a great base for a family holiday. After reading some reviews we were nervous about our stay but need not have worried. Positives - 4 pools offering something for everyone. Splash pool and slides were a big hit and we liked the deeper quieter pool by the garden rooms for a dip at the end of the day - no sunbed wars. This was a big positive as we were always able to find sunbeds whatever time of the day - Entertainment team friendly but not too full on. Enough activities to suit us. Particularly liked aqua gym and the cocktail demonstrations/paella cooking - Location - the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed walking round to see the turtles. Short bus journey in to the pretty town of Fornells. A few restaurants in walking distance. Okapi was amazing, would highly recommend. It’s not lively but we knew that and it suited us perfectly -Soft drinks were self service including fizzy drinks, lemon ice tea and water which was great as we didn’t have to queue at the bar -Snack bar - Nice to have the option of snacks (chips/hotdog/burgers) without going to the buffet restaurant and Johnny was super friendly Areas for improvement - overall cleanliness could be better. The grass around the main pool did get dirty but we wore flip flops. Toilets by the pool at the start of the week weren’t the best but they actually opened brand new bigger toilets during our stay which was a big improvement - rooms were basic but fine for our needs. We were in the garden rooms and after initially wishing we had the superior rooms up the hill we ended up pleased as these rooms were nearer to the facilities and had the bonus of the extra pool Could have done with some additional wardrobe/storage space but not a big issue. We had a sea view which was lovely. Buffet - it was fine, enough choice but nothing special. It could also get very busy and noisy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return
