Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

I’ll be honest after reading some of the negative reviews, I arrived feeling a little nervous. But honestly, ignore them! Yes, the reception area is a bit dated and our room wasn’t ready until 3pm, but we were able to use the facilities straight away. We headed to the pool, relaxed, and enjoyed lunch. By the time we checked back with reception, our room was ready. We booked a premium location apartment and it was absolutely worth it. The room was clean, spacious, and just a short walk from everything - perfect for myself, my partner, and our 5‑year‑old. The location is beautiful. The beach nearby has crystal‑clear water, and visiting the turtles became one of our favourite parts of the trip. Some people complain that there isn’t much around, but that’s something you should know before booking — it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Food throughout our stay was great. Plenty of choice, no issues whatsoever, and we genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning. The pool area was lovely, and our daughter adored the splash park. Gabriel was fantastic with her — she felt special every time she saw him. The drinks were absolutely fine for us, definitely not weak, and the bar staff were always friendly and hardworking. But the real stars of this hotel are the animation team. Goofy, Danny, and Jose — thank you for making this holiday unforgettable for our daughter. She still hasn’t stopped talking about you!!

Based on the previous reviews I was so nervous to come, my expectations were low but we have had an amazing holiday! Yes the rooms are a bit tired and dated but for the price we paid I’m ok with that. The location is perfect, quiet, beach a 1 minute walk, clear sea, just the perfect little beach and bay for our 3 year old son. He loved the pools too, plenty of sun loungers, he loved the entertainment in the evenings, The food was excellent, something different every day, and the quality of produce was excellent, a very good selection of veg every day too, I have a sweet tooth which was definitely satisfied with the dessert selection and my son loved the fresh fruit selection. When they say all inclusive they mean all inclusive, we didn’t not go hungry or thirsty and did not have to put our hands in our pockets once. We arrived before our room was ready but we were free to use the facilities as soon as we arrived. We are leaving a happy and satisfied family! It is a truly beautiful country and would happily stay here again if we decide to come back to menorca in the future

As others have also stated, reading reviews for this hotel over the summer had me extremely worried for our family holiday in September. It ended up being the complete opposite experience for us. We loved the quiet location, with 2 little ones it wasn't ideal to be heading out in the evenings and we had absolutely everything we needed on site. Normally, we would find all inclusive to be quite repetitive in terms of food so had agreed prior to going that we would go out a few evenings for dinner but as it happened we were so happy with the food that we only ventured out the once. There was always something to eat. Rooms were a little dated and the facilities were great - shower, kitchenette, etc. Although it would have been good to have a few bits to use in the kitchenette as all that was available was 4 glasses. Air con was good enough for us, better in the living area than the bedroom. We paid extra for a premium location room and it was so worth it, took us a minute to get to pool or dining area. I walked to the shop via some of the other rooms and the hills were very steep. The splash park is a great addition but we didn't use it much as we had a baby in a push chair and couldn't get in to the loungers and also it's a good distance from bar and main pool so we just visited at short intervals. We had the best week and would 100% consider coming back in future.

If youre looking for a strip, hustle and bustle and a busy holiday.. this is not for you! However, for a cheap September family getaway Carema splash is perfect. We're leaving tomorrow and after a week here I honestly dont understand the complaining of some people. The hotel is hilly... yes, very obvious from all of the pictures and description.. we booked a premium location superior 1 bed and cant fault it, for the time we spent in the room, literally to sleep or an afternoon rest it was perfect. I find it hilarious that people comment on things like a scuffed corner of a door, like people bang suitcases and things, theyre hardly going to repaint after each stay! The restaurant is like many All Inclusive restaurants ive seen. A giant room of tables for food, exactly as I expected. Food was plentiful, varied and I cant fault it at all. My fussy children ate everyday and food was fresh and hot. Goofy, Adriana, Jose and Dan along with all the bar staff are definitely the highlight of the venue. They all work extremely hard and are full of enthusiam and energy! Kids had so much fun running into the pool on the mat. Speaking of the pool, it is perfect with children. At 1.1m deep its great for smallies, especially my 2 who were tall enough to stand in it but enjoyed jumping in too! The water park was fun but out of preference we only went once. We walked to see the terapins and its a lovely 10 min stroll over the 2 beaches.. be warned though, the beach seems to be a nudist beach (for some at least). Overall, I really dont understand the hate this hotel has recieved over the summer. Weve had a lovely stay.. its clear they are working towards improving it daily. If youre going, relax and dont get caught up by small thing and you will have a lovely holiday.
