Just back from 2 nights at Cala Blanca Hotel Lovely, well run hotel Very helpful and friendly hotel staff Maguette on reception helped us connect our mobile phones to the hotel WiFi, neither of us are tech savvy All the hotel staff would say, "You're welcome," "De nada." One of the waitresses let me use her eclipse glasses to see the wonderful eclipse on Wednesday night, so kind and thoughtful of her What a wonderful experience Very clean, tidy, well presented, low rise hotel and smells good too! Great food/menu selection, not too sure about Vegan GF etc My husband tried swordfish for the first time, I tried sushi for the first time too The most beautiful hotel gardens, trees, flowers and shrubs every really makes it stand out Such a gorgeous environment to relax in Swimming pool a bit too deep for me, I'm, short so I stayed in shallow end, I did swim a few widths They have a chair to help those with mobility differences into the swimming pool which was ace Plus a children's pool too for the little ones Small playground for little ones Great activity team, Judith was lovely, I really enjoyed aqua aerobics with her When I asked her for one more tune and one more water exercise she obliged very happily Drinks on reception - on arrival Pomada - local gin & lemonade tastes great, breakfast and evening dinner - Mimosa and Brut Nice touch They have a coin system which you use at the bar to get reusable plastic beakers for your drinks Saves the planet, less plastic waste plus no over drinking Not overly impressed with the quality of the inclusive spirits and cocktails but the soft drinks, wine and lager were all fine The hotel kindly put a complimentary bottle of fizz in our hotel room to celebrate my husband's upcoming 60th birthday 🎂 as arranged by our wonderful independent travel agent Specialised Escapes for all your holiday needs, she's great We've used her services several times, she's so knowledgeable and passionate about travel I highly recommend her services, give her a follow For all abilities Check out her socials, well worth a follow and booking with her, tell her Jane TW sent you! Very quiet area in Menorca, very chill, a place to relax and recharge Just what we needed Such beautiful, well kept surroundings green, luscious, relaxing environment The sunsets are a must see down by the beach, they're breathtaking The local shops are a short walk to the hotel Close by is the coved beach which is small but totally gorgeous The sea is clear You can hire pedalos So lovely to see families across the generations enjoying the hot Menorcan sunshine together Several swimming pool bars and restaurants to visit on the walk to the beach We went to Hola Alo and had the best Pina Coladas there, they kept going on and on, the gift that kept giving, totally delicious Really nice mellow1 ambience Not a built up area, just right, no hassle and bustle, quiet, clean, tidy and respectful There is a lovely local shop well stocked where we bought a few gifts for loved ones and I bought a fabulous green tie dye cover up It's right behind the hotel plus a bus stop close by to take you on your adventures near and far It was my 1st time in Menorca, my husband came 36 years ago It's still an unspoilt island and has lots to offer Would we come back - it's a yes from me and Hubby Thank you TUI, our lovely TUI rep Rafael and Globales Cala Blanca Hotel for making our very short stay in Menorca so wonderful and memorable for Mark's 60th birthday Jane & Mark

We were searching for a late all inclusive holiday for the family with flights from Norwich. Fortunately for us, the Globales Cala Blanca Menorca came up as an option for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was great and the rooms were prefect for us as we only really spent time sleeping in there. I would say the air conditioning could have been better and the bathroom door needed to be adjusted but that is being really picky!! There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool area and the pools were more than adequate for the number of people staying. The entertainment team of Judith and Lucia were great. They always looked happy and this rubbed off on the visitors. The restaurant and food was good also. As were the restaurant staff too. Plenty of choice and something for everyone. The location of the hotel was spot on, with sandy coves and bars available within a five minutes walk if you wanted to venture outside the complex. The area felt safe and family friendly. Would we visit this hotel again....Absolutely!!! We are already looking to rebook for next year if we can. Hopefully for more than four days this time as we enjoyed it so much!

Where do you begin when a hotel means this much to your family? We have just returned from our fourth family holiday at Globales Cala Blanca, following another wonderful 9-night stay, and once again we leave feeling incredibly grateful for the memories we have made. Quite simply, Globales Cala Blanca is a little piece of paradise. Menorca itself is beautiful, but what makes this hotel so special is the people. From the moment we arrive, we are welcomed like long-lost family rather than returning guests. There is a genuine warmth throughout the hotel that is impossible to manufacture — you can feel that the team truly care about their guests. And after seven visits, that feeling is even stronger. The People Make This Hotel. The entertainment team are exceptional. From morning until evening, there is an incredible range of activities for the whole family — rifle shooting, archery, cocktail games, pool activities and so much more. There is something for everyone, whatever your age, and the team have an amazing ability to encourage people to join in without ever making anyone feel pressured. Judith and Lucia are absolute stars. Warm, funny, friendly and incredibly enthusiastic, they have a wonderful way of putting everyone in the holiday spirit. Their energy is infectious, and they make the entertainment feel like a genuine part of the family holiday rather than simply an organised programme. A very special mention must go to Mayte. Quite frankly, Mayte is first class. She is a central pillar of the entertainment team and, in our opinion, a huge part of what makes the hotel so successful. Her leadership, organisation, enthusiasm and genuine care for guests shine through in everything the team does. The atmosphere around the hotel simply wouldn't be the same without her. 🍽️ Restaurant – Fantastic Choice & Wonderful Service The restaurant provides a different theme each evening, with a great variety of food and plenty of choice. Across nine nights, we always found something to enjoy, with enough variety to keep the whole family happy. And then there is Carolina, the maître d’. Carolina is the perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. She is kind, professional, incredibly helpful and always seems to find a solution. In particular, she goes out of her way to help families sit together, something that makes a huge difference when travelling with a large family. Thank you, Carolina — your kindness is genuinely appreciated. The Bar Team – Always With a Smile The bar team work incredibly hard and yet somehow always manage to remain warm, friendly and welcoming. They work tirelessly to make sure everyone is served promptly while maintaining a high standard of service. Even when the bar is busy, there is always a smile and a friendly word. Gemma and Victor deserve a very special mention.They are standout members of the team who consistently go above and beyond. They genuinely seem to care about making sure guests are enjoying themselves, and their attention to detail and friendliness mean that you leave the bar with a smile. Those little interactions become part of the memories you take home. Reception – Nothing Is Too Much Trouble The reception team are welcoming, professional and incredibly accommodating. Whether you need something small, such as arranging a taxi, or something rather more significant — such as extending your stay because you simply don't want to leave — they are always willing to help. Mariabel, the head of the reception team, is exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure guests receive the highest possible standard of customer service. Nothing seems too much trouble, and she has that rare ability to make you feel that your request genuinely matters. Yes, We'll Be Back! The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and to a good standard, and the setting is simply beautiful. But after four visits, we know that the real magic of Globales Cala Blanca isn't something you can put on a facilities list. It's the people. It's seeing familiar faces when you arrive. It's being greeted with a smile. It's the Mayte and entertainment team getting the whole family involved. It's the bar staff remembering you. It's Carolina making sure families are looked after. It's Mariabel and the reception team always finding a way to help. It's the feeling that, even though you're hundreds of miles from home, you've somehow arrived somewhere familiar. That is why we keep coming back. Globales Cala Blanca isn't simply a hotel for our family anymore. It feels like our home away from home. To every single member of the Globales Cala Blanca team — thank you. Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, your smiles, your patience and for everything you do behind the scenes to make people's holidays so special. Our seventh visit has given us another nine nights of wonderful memories, laughter, sunshine and familiar faces. And, unsurprisingly... We're already looking forward to next year. We have just returned from a 4 night last minute break to this hotel and simply can't understand some of the negative comments. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from a beautiful sandy cove, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a supermarket within a few metres. The staff are all friendly, helpful and hard working, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. There may not be a huge variety of food, but we found it all to be tasty, and almost always fully available, with the kitchen staff keeping everything stocked up, even towards the end of the sitting. It may not be the most luxurious 4 star you will find, but neither is it the most expensive. It also has certain restrictions in its all-inclusive package, but these are easily followed, and i would suggest that some people could perhaps temper their expectations to match the price they pay for their holiday. We would not hesitate to return.

Just arrived home after a 4 night break at this hotel, sad to say that I’m glad it was only 4 nights. So good things - double room with sea view was nice, though small, was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel its self is very clean and the staff work hard and are friendly. Gemma in the bar was lovely as was the TUI Rep, Rafael. The location suited us, quiet and near a lovely little beach cove with a small number of bars and restaurants with stunning sunsets. Not so good things - the food was a let down, not a great variety and very, very much like a canteen vibe. The lunches were better than the evening meal, which I found odd. The food overall lacked variety, I understand that is it a family hotel but let’s be a bit more creative than chips, nuggets, mashed potatoes and some boiled veg, though saying that some of the salads were ok. While we were there, there was a Mexican themed night, which was the best food over our short stay. Water - this was perhaps the biggest issue for me. I totally appreciate that the hotel is working towards reducing single use plastics/green/environmental issues and I have been in plenty of hotels where you are given a couple of bottles of water when you arrive and then you refill them from water stations. However this hotel does not get this right - you are given one small bottle of water each in the room and then told you can refill them - the hotel has only one water refilling station in the whole of the hotel which is in the main bar area, which is only open from 10 am until about 12am. There should be more water stations in a hotel this size, at least one on each floor of the hotel and another in the reception area, and be accessible 24/7. This is very important as the weather was really hot when we were there. Yes, you can get water in the restaurant but it’s says that you shouldn’t use these dispensers to fill bottles. Also had to ask for a couple more as the room cleaner threw away ours from our room - they weren’t in the bin, but just on the side, empty. We were given a couple more but was told, quite sternly not to throw them away again - we didn’t, the cleaner did! The food, the canteen like restaurant and the water issue definitely makes this hotel feel like less than a 4 star and a bit ‘cheap’ to be honest.
