Our first ever holiday to Menorca and just back from our stay at this lovely hotel We knew it was in a very quiet area which suited us perfectly The ground floor room (116) overlooking the pool was lovely, although we sometimes felt we couldn’t sit on the balcony when everyone was still out at the pool, as loungers were right next to the room, so a lack of privacy at times. This did not detract from our holiday at all, however, as was so peaceful early/ late evening and early morning. There is a cosmopolitan mixture of guests from different countries, with a lot of Spanish guests, which shows how good this hotel is, There is a policy to not reserve sun beds and there is absolutely no need, as there are plenty and and apart from one couple, who did not abide by this and felt entitled enough to reserve ‘their beds in the corner’ at 07.45, everyone abided by this (and yes they were from the UK and mature enough to know better) This hotel is absolutely immaculate The maids/cleaners were cleaning day and night Tea and coffee replenished daily ALL staff are friendly, regardless of the area they work in. or role and are a credit to the hotel. We were half board and the good selections at both breakfast and dinner meant we could always find something good to eat. It was my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary while we were there and the lovely gift of a bottle of Prosecco and a card congratulating him and us, that was delivered to the room was a really thoughtful touch I’d highly recommend this hotel and hope to return Gracias

Almost 5 stars would give 4.5 if it was possible. Lovely quiet hotel. Spotlessly clean. Nice rooms with pool view. Good selection of food and quality entertainment. Great staff. Good walks from hotel, numerous blue sea inlets and coves. Ciutadella well worth a visit, market on Friday. The slightly less positives. Transfer is a pain due to holiday companies filling large busses on long routes. A few silly rules at the hotel, pool not available until 10:30 (I like a swim 1st thing). Spa had to be booked each day (even although it wasn't busy). Spa pool was too cool (for a spa) one water jet and jacuzzi not fully functioning. Sauna was really just a mildly warm room (some H&S nonsense quoted). No cold water for drinking at spa and no towels readily available. Gym equipment needed some maintenance. The lounge bar wasn't staffed enough on some evenings, and the entertainment (not on every night) was a bit short lived (bang on 9-10pm) other than the sax player who did a bit more. Food selection was fantastic, hot food was a bit cool though as it was right beside the open terrace, swapping places with the salad bar might be a good plan. Lot of ants around the pool area. Not a great deal of sound proofing between rooms and although it was quiet when we were there, you could be unlucky. Not much else to say, I would certainly consider a return visit.

Great location close to Ciutadela. The hotel is bright, spacious, sparkly clean with a quiet peaceful ambience. The room was a perfect size with a kettle and a fridge and a balcony overlooking the pool. I had been a bit apprehensve reading someone else's description of the bathroom door in the room, as not being "proper" but it was absolutely fine. It was frosted glass and the toilet was behind another frosted glass door. Neither of the doors snecked but they stayed shut themselves. The pool was a lovely peaceful area with sunbeds and shades always available. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we booked our hire car easily through the hotel. The food was excellent with at least four of the items being cooked fresh and the rest constantly being refilled from the kitchen. A huge choice every night - something for everyone. Breakfast too - brilliant!! We didn't explore the spa, gym or indoor pool so cannot comment on those. All in all the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.

Just returned from our 3rd visit and did not wish to come home! This is a small hotel ideal for those wishing a quiet relaxing holiday and is the best hotel in the Med we have stayed in. The hotel is scrupulously clean with staff cleaning from 1st thing in the morning until the evening and everything is immaculate both inside hotel, the swimming pool and the outside areas. Reception staff are excellent and always have a warm welcome whenever you pass by .My wife lost some medication during our stay and Ismael (a new member of staff) called a local pharmacy for us, explained the problem and arranged for us to call to collect the medication. Fantastic service, The outstanding thing for us is the standard of the buffet food. The quality and selection at both breakfast and evening meal was amazing. We have stayed in many many hotels over the years but never had such good food. Every member of staff deserves praise for the work they do. There is no one reserving sun beds at the pool no noise and the perfect place for a chill out holiday. Huge thanks to Esteban and all his staff. Cannot wait to return

The staff are the jewel in the Crown.a lovely welcome and helpful the room spotless and kept that way. everything from the pol bar to the spa as normal. It was unusally hot ,curtailed us a bit.i have sadly deducted a point due to the dissapointing,decine in the food quality in the evening.We always raved about the amazing dinner.A huge repetitive mountin of pork..on repeat the upsetting suckling pig..served twice in one week..also grouper fish served twice. No wonderful roast lamb, no beef..we expected it. we have loved our holidays here..We will miss all the staff especialy reception team.
