Lago Resort Menorca - Suites de Lago

We went to have the breakfast at the hotel and it was suoerb! Genny took care of us! She is fantastic, professional and courteous! Excellent service from everyone! Will come back!

We just wanted to say how much we have loved our experience at Lago Suites. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and throughout our stay the warmth, care and attention from the entire team have been exceptional. A very special mention must go to Genny, whose personality and presence at breakfast in Foc Eco-Brasserie are such a credit to her. She has a wonderful ability to make every individual guest feel genuinely noticed, valued and cared for. Her natural warmth, attentiveness and personal touch make such a difference to the whole experience. Genny is supported by a truly wonderful and hardworking team — Ainhova, Melany, Alex, Rocio, Diego, Rafael, Mafe, Mainn and Sonia. Every one of them contributed to making our mornings so enjoyable, with their kindness, smiles and genuine care. They are a fantastic reflection of the welcoming atmosphere Genny has created. We would also like to give a very special mention to Susanna, the hotel manager. It is clear that Susanna genuinely has her guests’ interests at heart. She takes the time to make sure you are happy, comfortable and enjoying your stay, and her personal care and attention give you a wonderful feeling of being looked after. Her commitment to ensuring that every guest has the best possible experience is truly appreciated. Another special mention must go to Bruilio, the manager of The Thai Garden restaurant at Lago Resort. He is absolutely brilliant at what he does. His energy, enthusiasm and wonderful sense of humour are infectious, and he has a fantastic way of making guests feel welcome and relaxed. He is clearly someone who genuinely loves his work, and that happiness shines through in the way he interacts with everyone. His personality adds something really special to the dining experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed his warmth, humour and enthusiasm. The wonderful reception team were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they played such an important part in making us feel at home from the very beginning. The chefs deserve a special mention too. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented, delicious and, importantly, cooked exactly to your preference. You could see the care and skill that went into every dish, making breakfast and our dining experiences something to genuinely look forward to. The housekeeping team also deserve our sincere thanks, especially Jane, who looked after our room so beautifully. It was always left absolutely spotless, fresh and welcoming. Her care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. And, of course, a huge thank you to all the other members of the Lago Resort team who work throughout the hotel, both seen and behind the scenes, to maintain such high standards. Every department contributes to the feeling that guests really matter, and that is something very special. What makes Lago Resort stand out is not simply the beautiful surroundings or wonderful facilities — it is the people. The genuine warmth, personal attention, humour and pride that everyone takes in their work create an experience that feels truly special. Thank you to Susanna, Genny, Bruilio and every single member of the Lago Resort team for making our stay so memorable. Stunning Boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. We have a suite & it’s just beautiful, clean & pure luxury! Staff wonderful z& hotel sits conveniently on the harbour. Breakfast & dining is outstanding all cooked to perfection ala cart table service included in half board. Cocktails delicious & pool bar beautiful hotel is well dressed with gorgeous interior every part of the hotel has been well thought out. Great adults only hotel highly recommend! Coffees at breakfast made to order & it’s illy so nice! A magical gem Of a place if hesitant about pricing just book you will not be disappointed at all worth every penny. As we are staying in the luxury suites you also have full access to the sister hotel & larger pool literally 2 mins away. The in house restaurant serves Peruvian cuisine & Spanish tapas their sister hotel serves thai cuisine all stunning! Harbour has plenty of restaurants if wanting to dine out so much choice & also the light house restaurant is beautiful too! Wonderful hotel highly recommend! 5 stars pure luxury

This was our third visit to the Lago Resort and once again it didn't disappoint! We were made to feel welcome the moment we walked into reception. The hotel is fantastic and caters excellently for all with friendly and helpful staff, the hotel and grounds are immaculately clean and tidy, pool and pool area lovely with ample sun beds. The room we had was more than suitable for my wife who is in a wheelchair and ample space in the room for the use of the power chair, we did request a adapted room but it was not available on the day we arrived, and the lady on reception was most helpful in getting the room we were allocated perfect for my wife, so many thanks for that. The FOC restaurant is fantastic, the food was amazing ( what a breakfast!! ) and the staff wonderful, thanks to Genny and the team for making it such a wonderful experience. On site restaurant Kaypa is a must when you are there. I just have one suggestion, when going from the reception to the pool area there is a slope which has a mat on it and when my wife's power chair went down the slope the carpet would get dragged down under the chair, I understand that the carpet is there in cases the floor get wet but would it be feasible to put Anti slip tape there instead which would make it safe for all parties. We both enjoyed it so much we have booked to go back next May. Many Thanks

We spent 8 nights in September at Suites del Lago, and what a treat and a fantastic intro to everything Menorcan. We had a private pool suite, and it was perfect. The rooms were lovely, modern, and clean. The bed was the best. Staff were friendly and helpful right across the resort and adjoining properties. Breakfast was a highlight, and a big shout-out to the staff in the FOC Brasserie who looked after us every morning: Genny, Rafael, Arturo, Mafe, Melany, and Mureia...you guys rock! The food offerings at the resort and in restaurants around the marina were top-notch, and we loved the Gastro Hub initiative. I recommend getting a car so you can explore the island and nearby pretty Ciutadella...or not, and just stay at the resort where all your needs are catered to. For us adults only was a big drawcard. Do yourself a big favour and book a table at the Artrutx Sea Club for sunset, dinner, and drinks...so beautiful. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, @teamSuitesdelLago and Menorca.
