Na dovolené nás bylo celkem 9.Já,manžel,syn s manželkou,3 děti a synova tchýně s manželem.Dovolená byla úžasná.Hotel,služby,jídlo,pití-výborné.K hotelu patří mimo bazénů se sladkou vodou také akvapark s mořskou vodou.Pro děti a i pro dospělé-paráda.A co teprve hotelová animátorka Markétka-je to člověk na svém místě.Děti ji zbožňují.A její večerní disko pro prcky v akvaparku- to nemělo chybu.

Read many reviews about this place some good ,some not so good. We travelled as a famiy of 2 adults and two teenagers. On arrival was offered a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment that was lovely. Very clean, big patio with seaview perfect. The Hotel was very clean and all the staff couldn't do enought for you. The resturant was wrll controlled to reduce queue times as for the food, there was a large choice of food each day and different themes ,seafood,mexican etc. Live stations cooking various foods but think they could sometimes need an extra pair of hands at these to keep up with demand. Snacks during the day made to order, but could have considered paper plates or plastic for people who wanted to eat at their sun loungers. Bar staff were great good selection of drinks on the all inclusive. The animation team worked very hard with lots to do each day, but also they didn't pester you if you didn't want to take part. Sun loungers we busy and you have to be early to get one by the pool,however there is a large garden area with loungers( maybe Hotel could do with a few more) The Hotel is in a quite location( that suited us) there are free buses to the 2 local sand beaches and you canget the local bus to Mahon for 1.80 euros. All in all we have a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday and lived this Hotel thankyou.

A great experience with just 20 minutes transfer from the airport. We went through Jet 2 so the whole trip was seamless. If you have teenage kids, the family room is a brilliant option as you get two bedrooms and a lounge, so both you and the kids have some privacy. The food was good, with plenty of choice, including options for younger kids such as hot dogs, pizza and chicken nuggets. The evening entertainment was great as well. Punta Prima beach is around a 15-minute walk away, and there are buses every hour from the hotel if you fancy a swim in the Med, visiting some of the restaurants, or just having a cold drink on the seafront. There are also two supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby, which is really handy if you need essentials such as sunscreen, water or snacks for the hotel room.

From the moment we arrived we were made feel welcome, wristbands were applied to our wrists, cases were stored for us as we arrived before check in time, we made the use of the pool. The food was lovely and catered for everyone. Entertainment was fantastic from day to evening. Rooms 336/337 were absolutely fantastic really spacious and cleaned every day. Free shuttle to the beaches. Little local market was about a 10 minute walk away from hotel. Everyone was really happy, the restaurant never felt overly busy as there was a fantastic system on guiding you to your seats. Noise level was very low as all music entertainment stopped at 11pm. Sunbeds- lots available from 8:45 as some of the pool was gated off.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Food was great, hot, fresh and plenty of variety. Staff were nice and helpful. Fun activities that the kids loved. Slight gripe, the hotel shop sells floaties which you can’t use in the pool, which is a little on the small side and gets quite busy at peak times.
