Hotel poskytuje výborné stravování - měli jsme polopenzi, pokoje s výhledem na moře jsou úžasné. Denně uklizeno, čistý bazén. Po Menorce lze dobře cestovat autobusem, měli jsme také půjčené auto. Z důvodu krátkých vzdáleností lze Menorcu procestovat a užít si krásné výhledy a scenérie. Také výlet lodí se skleněným dnem je příjemným zpestřením. Ulice jsou čisté, domy svítivě bíle natřené s kontrastem zelených okenic v úzkých uličkách dokreslují kouzlo ostrova. Všude klid a pohoda.

First of all if you are a family with children DO NOT come here. There is nothing for kids to do. No kids club and I can guarantee they would get moaned at playing in the pool. Pros It was very peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. And it’s in a lovely setting. Cons The food was limited choice and basically the same stuff every day. Mostly all cold, never seen a microwave used so much. NO cocktails on the all inclusive menu, never had that before in a 3 star in Spain, and I have been to a lot. The pool area is filthy, black mould on the vents around the edge. The tiles as many people have mentioned are very annoying. The sunbeds and tables were never cleaned down nor was the floor in the pool area cleaned. The gardens are awful we had a cut up tree trunk and a scruffy patch of grass outside our room I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovation and hopefully in the future it will improve. Woukd I return NO

Great location, Hotel is under going a program of planned refurbishment after a recent takeover, staff are friendly and helpful, good selection of food and drink(alcoholic kind), This was our 3rd stay, we are looking too return in 2027. The pool daytime music needs a rethink, not sure how you would describe it, but I will (crap) take your "buds" with you, but on the whole a good 3*** hotel. A work in progress

The hotel needs a little bit of updating and general smartening up, but the fantastic location and relaxed atmosphere still makes it a lovely place to stay. I know the hotel has only recently changed hands and it is obvious that refurbishment and improvement is ongoing. The food is good overall and the all inclusive drink selection isn't bad at all. I'd like to go back in a couple of years to see if the expected improvements are in place.

Writing this while still here. Firstly, we were a little concerned after reading some of the negative reviews before we arrived, but we really needn't have worried. The staff are all lovely—friendly, helpful and pleasant. The food is fairly basic, but to be honest, we've stayed in 4 and 5-star hotels that have offered far less choice of NICE food! I'm quite a picky eater, but I've had some really lovely meals here and have always found something I've enjoyed. Our room is absolutely spotless, and the cleaners do a fantastic job. In fact, the whole hotel is kept extremely clean. The pool area is lovely—quiet, relaxing and a great place to spend the day. HOWEVER... the uneven/loose paving around the pool really does need sorting out! Every time somebody walks across certain paving slabs, they literally bang and clatter. It's become a talking point between guests around the pool because it's so annoying and really spoils what is otherwise such a peaceful area. That said, we will certainly be coming back—possibly twice next year! However, before booking, we'll probably call the hotel to ask whether the paving around the pool has been fixed. Apart from that issue, we've had a lovely stay. It's peaceful and relaxing, the staff are great, everywhere is clean, and there's a lovely beach with beautiful, shallow, warm water. We came here slightly worried because of some of the reviews we'd read, but we'll be leaving very happy and looking forward to returning.
