Prinsotel La Caleta

4th visit, it's our favourite place on the island. Such a welcoming and helpful staff, with the same faces for years, both in the restaurant, reception and cleaning ladies. Spotless, comfortable rooms and rest of the hotel. Great quiet atmosphere.

Fabulous hotel! Feels very relaxing, very friendly staff, mostly great food (reasonably priced), cosy terraces in all restaurants, very comfortable bed, great location (next to a beautiful cove where you can jump/dive in the cristal clear sea water and right near the rocky west coast offering beautiful sunsets, etc. Don't doubt, just go 😊

A lovely experience at this hotel which is newly refurbished and very well maintained on a daily basis. Pools are beautiful - almost always a sun bed free. Picco restaurant was our favourite of the holiday - amazing sushi and pizzas. The beach is no more than a 5 min walk away - crystal clear - or you can jump in the deep water from the rocks safely and snorkel. We saw lots of fish and some very small rays - and plenty of hermit crabs! The hotel is very family friendly. We have the one bedroom suite - sofa bed was very comfortable, as was the main bed. We had a few minor problems with the room - (curtain rail fell down, air conditioning leaked slightly) and each time someone was with us in under 5 minutes and the problem was resolved very quickly. The staff are so friendly and speak Spanish, English and French (and probably other languages!) - and the lifeguards are attentive and friendly too. Evening entertainment was ok, they did a good job considering the mix of languages! We spent most of the holiday at the hotel, I think that speaks volumes about how nice it was that we didn’t feel the need to leave very often!

Amazing staff (Special shout out to Marc!!) and an incredible breakfast, by far the best I’ve ever seen (especially for the price). The room was clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, but it never felt crowded and we had no issues with noise. There’s plenty of street parking nearby, although you’ll usually need to park around a five-minute walk away. Overall, excellent value and a really enjoyable stay.
