We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and were really impressed from start to finish. The hotel is modern, very clean and well maintained, with lovely rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. We were particularly delighted to be given a ground-floor room with a pool view, as we had requested. It was perfect for us with the kids and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our children absolutely loved the kids’ club and the mini disco, which were definite highlights of the holiday for them. The entertainment team were great with the kids and created a really fun atmosphere. We also thought the little touches made a big difference. On our last night, the children were given a Froggi T-shirt and some toiletries, which was a lovely surprise and a really nice way to finish our stay. Overall, a lovely family-friendly hotel with modern facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and plenty to keep the kids entertained. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and had such a wonderful experience. The whole hotel was great and our room was very comfortable, clean. The facilities were fantastic and nice gardens to walk around. The food was good, great to have different options for all meals. The location was good as well lots of calas around and very close to the city but what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and friendly, and always willing to help. From the reception team, our driver, the restaurant staff and the team who took care of our room and even the facility team — everyone was absolutely brilliant. I honestly wish I could name you all individually, because every single one of you played a part in making our stay so special and made us feel so well looked after throughout our time there. A very special shout-out to the lovely Nuria from Picco restaurant, who took such good care of us every morning at breakfast. She always greeted us with a smile and even had our coffees ready before we had sat down! It was those little touches that made our stay feel extra special. We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the whole team for making our 7 nights so memorable! ❤️

+location +breakfest +mint bar was amazing (great smoothies and toasts) +friendly stuff +helpfull reception +free parking spaces around the hotel +drinks have reasonable prices - dinner HP was quite boring, we went out even that we have HP - rooms are small - bikes didn’t work - many people book sunbeds
