Prinsotel La Caleta

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel in Menorca! Everything was wonderful, but I would especially like to thank Aina Plans from Guest Services . Aina is incredibly kind, warm, professional and always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and special. She truly has a heart of gold! My little son Leo absolutely adores her! ❤️ She made our stay even more memorable with her beautiful personality and genuine care. Aina, thank you so much for everything! You are a real treasure to this hotel! We can’t wait to come back and see you again! ❤️🌴

Perfect hotel and situation, The room totally new

We booked a suite for one night as we explored around Menorca. We attempted to check-in at the hotel reception only to be helpfully directed to the Club Reception another, separate, building. There is no lift in that building: our room (4204) was on the top floor and a porter brought up our case. The room was generously proportioned and clean though there was a fusty smell coming from the shower drain that went through the entire space. The bed was comfortable; the shower and towels were excellent. Breakfast was in the main part of the hotel. The "welcome" was perfunctory and, when we inadvertently chose a table in a "black card" area, we were admonished and left to wander around to try and find an available table. The buffet offers an extensive choice; the orange juice is not fresh; the omelettes were beautifully cooked to order by Fran. Most of the staff appeared happy, the exception being the breakfast waiting-on team. Overall, a mixed experience and, from staying in other hotels at a similar price point on the island, it is unlikely we will return.

Great hotel with fabulous location. Everything within easy reach, including the bus stop being close by if you wanted to explore further a field. The staff were mostly warm and welcoming, apart from one individual serving drinks at the outside bar /entertainment area . A special thanks to Aina from Concierge, who gave us recommendations on the area , bus routes etc . (Aina, you are worth your weight in gold). Thanks to Carlos meet and greet in restaurant and also reception staff for arranging my list item Shipment home. The room was exactly as advertised, with balcony overlooking the pool. Daily maid service ensured everything was kept fresh and clean. Overall a great stay and good recommendation.

Fabulous stay from start to finish we wanted to just chill and we did very quiet too although there were children there they had a different pool Aina looked after us very well any questions were sorted straight away Carlos on restaurant reception was brilliant my husband is coeliac and Carlos brought selection of gluten free for breakfast and if you were not sure at buffet let you know what you could have Hemi our waitress was so lovely and friendly and our room maid Maria was excellent first class thank you all for making our stay so nice
