Spa Sagitario Playa

We have just returned from our wonderful stay with you at Sagitario Playa. It was our 1st stay and found the rooms perfectly clean with hotel robes and towels to use. A huge shout out to the kind and friendly bar staff especially ‘BL’ for making our stay so enjoyable he really made our holiday, along side ‘ManUnited’ J’oan!! ALL the staff from reception, dining room waiters/chef, maids so lovely. We went bed and breakfast and always had full plates, we even paid to eat in the the hotel a few evenings. Thank you to all, we’d definitely return.

The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Clientele mainly of the older generation, not for families. However although the hotel is 4* it is more of a high 3*. I have never paid for a safety deposit box in a 4 star hotel and the gym can't really be called a gym. It is a very small room with just a multi gym machine, a few light dumbells and a bike, not even a treadmill! Food is mediocre, what you would expect for buffet style but not out of this world although the paella was delicious. Pool area was nice and quiet during our stay in June, it got a little busy over the weekend but plenty of sunbeds but unfortunately you still got the few older ones that had to reserve the same sunbeds each day from the crack of dawn. This is something hotels need to discourage. To use the spa pool you must buy a swimming cap. The rooms are basic but very clean, tea/coffee and kettle plus a fridge but very little storage, no drawers which would be useful, again I would expect this for a 4*. We struggled with storage and there was only two of us. TV has UK channels. We emailed beforehand and asked for a quiet room as I read previous reviews about how in the pool view rooms you can hear the entertainment. We were given a room overlooking the side road which was quiet but we could still hear the entertainment so pool view rooms must be really loud! Overall a nice stay but we wouldn't stay again due to not really feeling like 4 star.

Had a great week at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant, especially the waiting staff, Federico, Laurea and Gustavo. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a great addition and very relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would book again when we return to Menorca.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday at Sagitario Playa Good food and Entertainment. Ideal for Senior Citizens to enjoy a holiday by the pool with plenty of Sunloungers Many thanks to the restaurant and Bar staff. Very efficient and always had a smile to welcome you.

We have been to Menorca regularly for over 20 years and this is our favourite resort. We decided to have a short break and stay at this hotel which we have never stayed in before but knew of its existence and excellent location. We hired a car and despite the street being a car park for the local car hire firm Owners Cars, we did get parked close by. Parking was tight every day due to this but not impossible. Our check in experience wasn't good. We were the only ones checking in but it took a long time as the receptionist was having a long private conversation on her mobile phone. The room was comfortable and spacious, bathroom was old and could do with refurbing. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. There was a spacious terrace which we did use every day. Room cleaning was not good on the first day as the bathroom sink was not wiped down and the bins were not emptied. After this it was ok. The pool area was very nice and a good place to chill in the afternoon after coming back from the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a wide selection of food available. All in all we did enjoy our stay here and we will return and do recommend
