Věčeře byly vynikající, bohaté co do výběru předkrmů, hlavních jídel i dezertů. Lze sedět uvnitř klimatizovaného sálu i venku. Obsluha je milá a pozorná. Od hotelu je příjemná procházka na sousední pláže Son Bou. Hotel můžeme jen doporučit a rádi se vrátíme zas.

This was our second time returning to this beautiful hotel, and once again, we were not disappointed. We don’t usually return to the same hotels, as we like to explore new places, but we had such a lovely holiday the first time that we decided to come back - and we are so glad we did! This year we stayed in a double room on the third floor (we had a suite last year) it had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, air con worked well. For me, the staff and management are what truly make this hotel special. During our stay, they demonstrated just how caring, compassionate and genuinely thoughtful they are. Sometimes it’s the little things, and the way people treat you when it really matters, that you remember most. The care and kindness shown by the team will stay with me for a very long time. And then there were the other guests. You can’t give a TripAdvisor award to fellow holidaymakers, but we met some genuinely lovely and amazing people during our stay, and they are people I will always remember. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean - everywhere you look, it is beautifully maintained. The animation team are fantastic. Although we didn’t take part in the activities, they always took the time to ask how we were and have a chat. You can tell they genuinely love their jobs, and that really comes across. The reception, restaurant and bar staff, lifeguard - everyone was absolutely brilliant. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces again and to be welcomed back. The gardens are beautiful and so well maintained. The grass area overlooking the gorgeous sunny beach at Santo Tomas is one of my favourite places to sit. There never seemed to be any rush for a sunbed, even in the afternoons, and it was lovely to simply sit there and take in the view with a nice cold San Miguel. And then, of course, there was the total eclipse - what an incredible memory that will always be. The hotel provided glasses for everyone, and sitting on the terrace with a glass of bubbly, watching the eclipse, while hearing everyone on the beach and around the hotel cheer and clap as it reached totality, was absolutely magical. A moment I will never forget. The food was great too, and the pool bar food was of such a good standard. I certainly never went hungry! There was always a lovely selection of salads, vegetables, rice and pasta, with a proper vegetarian dish on some nights. And the carrot cake was lovely! Santo Tomas is a quieter resort, which is exactly what we enjoy. There is a well-stocked supermarket, gift shop and pharmacy nearby if needed, and the local bus stop is right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. Menorca is a beautiful island, and if you can explore it's so worth it! We will definitely be back next year. We can completely understand why so many people return here year after year. There is something very comforting about coming back to somewhere familiar, knowing you can relax, unwind and be looked after by such a wonderful team. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. You should all be incredibly proud of what you have created here. We look forward to seeing you all again.

Great hotel in a a great location. Rooms: The rooms were great, I shared a twin bed room with my brother and my parents were in another. The cleaning staff were in every day and did a great job, the only thing was that as I was with my brother, we would separate the beds so we each had our own and every day the staff would move them back together which was a bit annoying but a very small issue. There is air conditioning in the room which was lovely especially of a night time as we went in August and it was very humid. Food and drinks: Most days we went to the buffet restaurant which is the main restaurant and it was lovely, the staff always greeted us and showed us to a table and the waiting staff worked very hard. The food was great, standard TUI hotel spread. It would have been nice if they had more vegetarian options, for example most nights they had meat pizzas out and only one or two nights of the week we stayed did they have a cheese pizza, just a bit more variety would have been great but again, this wasn't a big issue. There were plenty of options like cheesy potatoes, pastas, curries, etc and the breakfast spread was particularly great, they had an overnight oats bowl which was very tasty. There were all the full English options out, pancakes, waffles, fruits, cereals, etc. On one night we went to the restaurant you have to book in for on the rooftop terrace and it was lovely, the views were superb and the service was brilliant. I was a bit concerned about what I would order as there didn't seem to be many veggie options but I saw they had ratatouille, so I ordered that and was very pleased with it. The staff made it all feel very fancy and luxurious which was nice. I have never been to a proper fancy restaurant so it was fun to get a taste of what they're like. The poolside bar served food for lunch time which was a great option, you ordered your meal rather than picking from the buffet spread like in the main restaurant which was just a nice little change some days. I had the fish and chips and loaded nachos and it was lovely. Cocktails were great, came in very big glasses, some of them came in pint glasses which was a lot to drink. Most people in the hotel would come and spend the evening at this bar to watch the entertainment and enjoy a drink. It would close at 12 which was fine, but they would turn all the lights off in the sitting area and lock the door even if there was people still out there which was a bit weird. We would be sitting in the dark and then would have to walk round to the front doors of the hotel to get back in. The bar closing is fine and even locking the doors as I'm sure its for security but turning the lights off in the sitting area while people were still sitting out there felt a bit weird, even from a safety standpoint you'd think they'd have a few little lights. Activities: There are always activities to do, the girls who organise them and plan them all are lovely and have great ideas. They had aqua aerobics, yoga, beer pong, silent discos, poker night, music shows of an evening, water polo and so many more. You never felt pressured to join any if you weren't interested and if you did you could go at your own pace and just enjoy it. The activity leaders were lovely and always said hi around the hotel and were always up for a chat. The pool was lovely and warm, very refreshing if you've been sunbathing. There was a rooftop pool as well which I didn't try but looked lovely as the view up there was beautiful, especially at sunset. There was a gym that was open in the day and a ping pong table so there was always something to do if you wanted. Staff: As I've said above, the staff were brilliant. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and quickly cleared plates and were always about if you wanted anything. They seemed to work long hours, both there early in the morning for breakfast and there for the evening meal, but never seemed tired (which I wouldn't blame them for at all), they were very professional and friendly. The bartenders in the poolside bar of an evening were fun and provided a great service as well. Waiters would come over and take your orders for you and bring them over so you would'nt even have to go to the bar. The bar staff would join in with the evening entertainment which was really fun, they would get up and dance with the performers and guests for a song every now and then which was a lot of fun. It was a really nice atmosphere as everyone was allowed to have fun and it made the whole experience 10 times better. Cleaning staff worked very hard and did a great job. Area: Sant Tomas is such a beautiful area, we went during the August eclipse and sat on the rocks to the left of the beach to watch it. The beach is just a minute walk from the hotel if that, with a door toward the bottom of the grass (of the hotel grounds) that lets you out onto the path. The sea was so warm it was like getting in the bath. Ive never known a sea to be so warm, usually there's at least a little chill when you first get in but it was properly warm. There's a nice little costal path you can walk as well which is beautiful. There are a few little supermarkets just across the road from the hotel if you need anything, there's a food shop, a pharmacy, gift shops (which have plenty of floats if you want one for the sea). We went on an excursion to Cautedella which was fun, we went to the top of the highest mountain on Menorca and saw the little church at the top and then went to the town. It's small so it doesn't take too long to have a look around, we spent about two hours and that felt like the right amount of time. There's a beautiful harbour and some lovely restaurants and some great old buildings to have a look at like the palace . Overall it was a great stay and I really enjoyed my time there. Could have been made better by just a few little things I've mentioned above like the veggie options and the lights around the bar but don't let them put you off.
