Great location close to the Old Town with an excellent apartment. Good staff who were always friendly & helpful. Very close to a lovely secluded cove beach

Location is quiet which my husband and I were after. Not the hotel if you want more going on. Not many guests even though we went in early September 2026. There was a little cove with a nice small sandy beach and a small beach bar, which was a 3 minute walk from our room which was nice Did get busier later on by locals. We went half board, food not that great and tended to be repetitive and cold. . Rooms basic and clean, I also believe in this day and age smart tv should be in all rooms as the TV was not working as between 7pm and 9pm the 2 English channels you get stop working. . Hotel i will say is very clean and tidy. . Some staff are pleasant but there are a few who are not that friendly. . Night time entertainment poor. . Daytime entertainment none, sorry aqua arobics for 10 min. . No late check out available. Which is poor as check out 11am and our pickup was 430pm. We were allowed a slot to shower which was 30 mins for the 2 of us to shower and change. . .

Nice room (3 bedroom apartment)

I have arrived today and after complaining about our apartment not being as promised away from noise and lacking in privacy as it is on the ground level facing a busy communal pool we where told we can't swap rooms because the lady at reception said they are full, but when we pointed out there is an empty room which would suit us better she said our room was more sort after and she just can't swap because she has rules to follow. What utter nonsense, now I'm stuck here not enjoying myself at all and won't be coming back, save yourself from misery and go elsewhere. Also there are about a million places you can break yourself falling, handrails lacking, slippery surfaces, unfinished projects that started 50 years ago. Not to leave out the buffet of flies.

Attended with family in August 2026. First thing is, it isn't that bad. The apartment is clean and has a great shower. The pool is fine all be it a little dirty and its warm. The hotel is part of three. The walk from reception is a good 5 mins. It all just felt very corporate. There is nothing to do. You feel very isolated. Hardly any entertainment around the pool. The pool bar shuts around 1830 and that's it. My main tip, is do your research. The bar on the beach is superb and shuts around 10. Use the buses. They are reliable. Cala n Bosch is 10 mins away and have some lovely restaurant's and bars. Sa Nacra is around 5 mins away. Quality of food was good but a limited menu. Take a pack of cards!
