Exe Pozuelo

Quite disappointing - whilst the hotel was convenient for us, I found the service to be pretty poor particularly at reception. Building work was happening on my floor so there was an odour of paint in the corridor. The room is fine but quite basic, the air con didn’t work well and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. I therefore asked for some hot water and a teabag only to be told I could have the hot water for free but would need to pay 2 euros 50 for a teabag. This evening receptionist was very rude and dismissive. It’s the small things which make a difference. I wouldn’t use this hotel in the future.

I have no idea how this hotel receives 3 stars. This place is run down, disgusting and in the middle of nowhere. The walls are crumbling in the hallways, and it felt so unclean that I had to leave shortly after checking in to go to another hotel in Pozuelo that is so much better. Sercotel is a much better option.

NH didn't attended to my complain regarding the loyalty points because this hotel is not NH anymore. I've entered one night as NH and left two nights later as Exe and they didn't informed the clients.

We stayed there because we were visiting friends who live close by, but the location is not good for visiting the city, it is not easily reached by public transport from the city. Rooms are comfortable and big. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great and tasty and also not expensive.

Stayed one night, lovely room, spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast bar is very nicely stocked and includes several fresh juices and dairy-free options. Very decent price with easy and quick access to Madrid (by car, Uber, Taxi ...).
