MC Villa de Pinto

Too noisy in the morning - specialy because of the cleanings - MC Villa de Pinto has a nice breakfast (good enough for the price we paid), and the room was nice, cleaned and confortable. Also, wi-fi works very well.

I stayed at this hotel after reading the reviews on trip advisor. I was not dissapointed at all. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had lost our luggage and the staff at the hotel rang the airport for us many times day or night, even late at night. My daughter needed milk in the night and first thing in the morning and the staff heated it whenever needed. To go places they were very helpful in advising what to see and when to see it. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Pinto is a very nice quiet village. The people are so friendly and helpful. One night we forgot the direction to the hotel and at 12.30am in the middle of the night one shopkeeper took us in his car and dropped us off at the hotel. The only negative thing was that the trains are not so frequent from Pinto to central Madrid, during the day, they are every half hour, but then once on the train your in central Madrid in about 25 minutes, so no big deal really. If i was to go back to madrid i would certainly consider staying at this hotel again. Some people might think that eating from the hotel would be expensive but it isn't any more expensive than eating from Pinto itself, almost the same price and not too bad at all.

We stayed here in Nov 2007 as it was in a good location to visit Parque Warner. Upon arrival we were told that we would have to pay extra for our children to stay even though they were clearly on our reservation confirmation including their ages, Unless they shared a bed, This argument continued for nearly 25Min's until I said I would stay elsewhere and requested a refund curiously at this point the manager changed his mind and said that on this occasion he would waive the charge! The rooms were of a reasonable size, comfortably furnished and brightly decorated with en suite bathroom complete with bath/shower and hair dryer. Satellite TV was available in the room as well as a weak wifi signal. There is a small restaurant and bar with comfortable lobby area on site and free wifi available. The parking on site is chargeable 8Euro a night and is underground beneath the hotel be careful if you are driving a larger vehicle as it is quite tight. The hotel is in a good location for public transport near to both bus and rail stations, Parque Warner is the next stop and Madrid is about 20mins by rail.
