Great stay, very comfortable and spacious room, right next to metro line

I am deceived in this hotel. The reception staff were very rude except the one at checked in, they are not helpful, not professional, not understanding at all. I slept just the first night then I could have one hour of sleep in the next two nights because of noise from teenagers tenants at room 508 next to my room 507. I informed the reception before checking me in that I have hypertension, migraine and insomnia and I just took additional dose of my anti-hypertension cuz I felt severe occipital headache and I pray God that I won’t need an ambulance in the next few hours. The reception gave me another room at first floor which I checked and found it more noisy because I can hear the traffic outside the room and also it is above the reception so in the morning will be very loud cuz of reception staff and the customers arriving and leaving! It is the worst ever hotel I booked in my life.

Excellent stay! Location 10/10 – everything was close and convenient. Breakfast was perfect with a great selection. The snack bar was also really good. Staff were extremely kind and helpful during the whole stay. Cleanliness level was exceptional, everything spotless. Would definitely come back!

A very correct accommodation, daily bed linen change, satisfactory breakfast. the only drawback for me is the double bed, which is made up of two smaller ones that separate, they seriously need to change that.
