Incredibly unhelpful and blunt receptionists. They refused to change my room from a double to a twin despite having my booking confirmation in front of them. Also refused to setup the sofa bed that was in the room. Would not recommend.

Not a fan. In my reservation I requested the top floor. Upon arrival, I was issued the 1st floor. The complete opposite from what I requested. There was no fridge in the room and was told to keep my sodas at the front desk which means, I would need to leave my room, head to the front desk and request my soda. If there is a line of people checking in, I would need to wait. I made a stink about it and they brought me a fridge the next day but I shouldn’t have had to argue to get it. I had the do not disturb sign in my door and what did the cleaning lady do? Come in anyways to clean my room. I made a complaint and guess what, despite the tag being on the door, they came in again. I was charged $32 a day for breakfast. Wasent even aware till I got my bill. Not one day during my stay did I have breakfast at the hotel. As a matter of fact, I paid for coffee each morning. Wouldnt it show on receipts showing if I had breakfast or not? I travel at least twice a month for 9 years to various locations for work and not once have I ever purchased breakfast at a hotel. The water in the shower is luke warm. If you’re looking to take a hot shower… Not going to happen as the hottest setting is no where near hot. Would not book this hotel for my next visit nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was excellent for Warner, plenty of parking. Family room booked it had 3 bedrooms, sitting room dining table, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and breakfast was great value. Shopping centre was 2 mins from hotel which was great to grab anything you forgot. It was excellent value for a family and would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Nice big clean room, good location. Staff was very friendly yet professional. Will definitely be back when we are around Madrid.

Really bad experience, watch out if you leave something in your room. We left 2 pair of shoes and the hotel didn’t take care of it. They said as simple as “we are not liable”
