Sercotel Princesa de Eboli

Air conditionar is not working properly in room no 103, I have complaied many time still not satisfactory solution , last 2 days was horrible AC fan stooped working and room temperature was 29 degree. I will not recommand to anyone for long stay.

The location is really good! It is right beside the commercial center which is convenient. Breakfast option is the same everyday when we came and it could use variety. I booked with three people but only got towels and bottled water for two - the bottled water was also never restocked. We booked the room with a lounge and the airconditioner inside the bedroom was noticeably weaker than the living room; i was sweating heavily at night. I complained about this to the frontdesk but nothing changed when we got back. There was also an oven but without any cooking utensil which made no sense. Either remove the oven or provide the utensils. All in all, I had a pretty good stay except from the things I listed.

This hotel is truly outstanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the services are excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable!

Good Location, check in and check out quick and smooth. The breakfast was nice had some variety of bread, fruit and others. However if you are late somethings run out. The apartment was great regarding space and comfort. However, it was very warm and if you open the windows the noise of the street can be loud at night (cars and people). The apartment had 3 rooms for 6 people, but one of the beds was like a single bed and they did not change it. Also the kitchen did not had any utilities to cook you have to pay extra. The cleaning staff were amazing and left everything spotless.

I loved everything about the hotel and will be happy to stay anytime I am in Madrid Spain ,easy access to everything you need to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable
