Club Prive by Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

The attention to detail from even before you arrive at this stunning resort is exemplary! Our stay was the best we have had, the accommodation had everything we required and then some, nothing had been forgotten. The resort is very well maintained and everything has been well thought out and is high quality. Housekeeping were super efficient and unlike other resorts where on occasion you get forgotten, or the mini bar is not replenished this was never the case at Club Prive. Reservations for dinner were managed for us and unlike other resorts where you are not always able to have the time or restaurant of your choice we had exactly the time and restaurant we asked for. Drinks, snacks, meals, are offered through the day and delivered promptly. The service from our butlers was beyond 5* and a shout out should go to Emrullah, Susma Magar, Evalyne Baluka for outstanding service and going above and beyond to ensure our holiday was seamless and enjoyable! I have no doubt that we will be back!

Rixos Saadiyat Island we stayed, in a villa and the club prive team were exceptional! They all made our stay a phenomenal experience. Nothing was an issue and any request was met with a speedy, friendly., loving touch. The villa was vey clean, the pool was fantastic, the restaurants were amazing. The Tapinyake was a fun, and flavoursome experience which i recommend highly. A huge thank you goes out to Ertu, Evalyne, Susma, Karim, Yaren, Sherali, Semi and Embrulla. This team are totally amazing and deserve a great deal of praise. They take immense pride and joy in their work and it really shows. We miss them all ! ❤️🥰🙏🏾🥰❤️

the club privé team of my villa 6006 were fantastic. the catering and the service and humour was brilliant. the team of Ertugrul Erkal, Susma Magar ,Evalyne Baluka, Yaren Genc, Karim and Sherali Salijonov were fantastic and they really tried to connect with us and we built a freindships between each other. they provided us with everything we asked for snd whenever we needed help they always made space and time to help us. they also brought us a ps5 to out room especially for us. i already miss thier company and want to come back and see them soon would live to come back soon as i really enjoyed this holiday and the services they have to offer

After a last minute change of plan, we ended up staying in a four bed villa in Club Prive By Rixos on Saadiyat. This stay was nothing short of amazing. We were looked after by Evalyne,Susma,and Ertuğrul. These 3 only enhanced our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was done with a smile on their faces. They were an absolute credit to Rixos Saadiyat. My family are already asking to return. Thank you and we shall see you again.

Our second family holiday to Club Prive at Saddiyat Island. This place is exceptional, the service, food and accommodation are the best you will find anywhere. Noting is too much trouble for any of the staff here and they look after every tiny detail for you. A huge thank you from my family to all of the staff in the Club House and the house keeping team who kept our villa immaculate during our two week stay. A special thank you to Zeki and Yaren who have been amazing looking after us everyday. It is not an easy job looking after our four teenage children who continuously need feeding! We look forward to returning again soon.
