We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire hotel team for the excellent service, warm hospitality, and genuine care throughout our visit. A very special thank you to our butlers, Erthu and Susma ❤️ They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, and truly made our stay feel special. We really appreciated the personal attention and the way everything was taken care of so thoughtfully. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would be very happy to come back again!

We are very grateful to our Butlers Yaren and Zeki. We have never received such a level of service and comfortable rest anywhere in all the years of travelling. They promptly responded to all our requests and resolved the issues that had arisen within a minute. We were happy to cooperate with them, and they made our holiday unforgettable. We also want to thank the waiters of the girls and other employees of the clubhouse. Their incredible smiles and goodwill struck our hearts. We haven't met such nice people for a long time. Thank you so much for such a holiday.

Our first stay at Rixos premium Abu Dhabi over the long weekend truly exceeded every expectation. Having lived in Dubai for 31 years and visited countless hotels, we were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. Every team member was warm and professional, with Mr. Artugrul and Mrs. Susma standing out for their exceptional kindness and care. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing to criticize. We hope the hotel continues this level of excellence, and we extend our congratulations to the management for building such an extraordinary team. Highly recommended.
