Our stay at Club Privé By Rixos Saadiyat was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was because of the outstanding service we received from our butlers, Evalyne and Susmar. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They were both incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Every request was handled quickly and thoughtfully, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and special. Evalyne and Susmar truly represent luxury hospitality at its finest. Their dedication, attention to detail, and sincere care made a huge difference in our experience. Because of them, our stay felt personal and stress-free. Thank you, Evalyne and Susmar, for making our time at Club Privé so memorable. Staying for the 5th time in 3 bedroom villa its really amazing. You get treated kindly by villa buttlers & club house personal also housekeeping personal is very friendly. A big praise to Yaren, Embrullah, Akhram, Akhrorjon, Sherali. They are always there for you. Karim, Chelou and Maria from Clubhouse are also very kindly. Villa always very clean , never had any problems with personal or anything else. They always do their best. The food is very delicious especially lava cake 👌🏼

I’ve just returned from a fabulous stay with my family.. We all had a great time and really enjoyed everything about the hotel, resort, facilities and service. It was clear from the start that the club prive team went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant time, and we really did. Special call out to our butlers Mahmoud and Ezz who were attentive 24/7. Everything was fab, but a few call outs - the rooms incredibly comfy and always spotlessly clean, we loved the pool and bar crew on skates (very cool and memorable), the exercise classes in the pool were great fun, breath taking sunsets and nightly DJ, exceptional food and quality drinks. The standout throughout was the service that took care of our every need and made sure we had the very best time. From all my family many, many, thanks from for making such a memorable holiday – we loved it!
