Desert Island Resort & Spa by Anantara

Nádherný hotel se skvělými službami. Nejvíc se nám líbilo ranní safari. Další skvělou službou bylo, že nás hotelový řidič zavezl do spřáteleného hotelu, kde byla úžasná pláž. Všichni zaměstnaci hotelu byli velmi vstřícní, nic nebyl problém. Na ostrově je nádherná příroda a skvělá jsou volně se pohybující zvířata. Je to balzám na duši pro lidi, kteří žijí v hektickémvelkoměstě. Kdo vyhledává zábavu typu diskotéky a animace, ať si ale najde jinou destinaci. Tady je to o oáze klidu.

A very perfect getaway to enjoy with your partner and family. The rooms are clean and the place is magical. I highly recommend the safari activity that takes you around the beautiful sights in the island surrounded by the animals roaming freely. I also recommend to try Savana restaurant where it has the African vibes. The food was great. And thanks to mr. Kuntal from the reception who explained everything and helped us during our stay.

I expected more from the Anantara hotel. Our room was damp smelling mold. The breakfast was ok but not too much option. For dinner we visited the restaurant and this was a horrible full of smoke, the waiter's made a lot of mistake and they weren't so kind. The good thinks was the safari we could see a lot of animals and the driver Jonathan was very helpful. The beach was very clean and cristal water.

Horrible. Outdated rooms and facilities, thin walls that you hear your neighbour as if he's in your room, guest relations never picking up, restaurant with super slow service, small inside area where only few tables fit and we had to stay with a 3 month old baby in 40 degrees waiting 45 mins for food, tables are super worn out, cockroaches roaming around next to our table and a couple of them floating dead in the pool🤮, breakfast service slow, andso many other issues. This is a shame to the brand Anantara.

The location is quite unique (island) , the staff is very nice. The F&B offer is extremely expensive for what it is... a shawarma for 130 aed? the shrimp tacos at more than 100 aed was pretty much tasteless. A Shicha for 160aed.... chicken burger for more than 100 aed and was also nothing wow... This is my 3rd stay in this property and I can see that no maintenance has been done for a long time - all signages outside of the hotel are not readable anymore, garden is not well maintained, etc etc. This is not a 5 star hotel anymore. The staff is amazing but your hotel is understaffed...
