Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island! The hospitality and service were exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Rhialyn from the Front Office for the warm welcome and professionalism, and to Tharindu from Concierge for being so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Also, a huge appreciation to the entire Hilton Yas team for making our experience so memorable. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Hilton Yas Island is truly one of the best hotels we have experienced! We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised that they granted us an early check-in. Since our booking included access to the Yas Theme Parks, we immediately headed out to enjoy the attractions. When we returned to our room, we were welcomed by a spacious and beautifully decorated room, complete with lovely towel decorations on the bed as a birthday surprise. I would also like to commend Socrates from Concierge for his exceptional assistances ,very friendly, very attentive and guidance throughout our stay. He was very friendly, professional, and truly demonstrated excellent hospitality. Ahmed, who assisted us during check-in, was also very polite, accommodating, and welcoming. We spent the day at Yas Waterworld and returned to the hotel around 8 PM, where we found a beautiful cake waiting for us in the room. Thank you so much for the thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great variety of food. After breakfast, we spent time at the pool, which was spacious and relaxing. The kids club was also very spacious and well-maintained — my daughter absolutely loved it. We also visited the beach, and the lifeguard on duty was very helpful and attentive. Before check-out, I called Reception to request a late check-out until 2 PM, and they kindly approved it, which we truly appreciated. We also enjoyed the happy hour at the lobby lounge around 5 PM. The server who assisted us was very polite and attentive, although unfortunately I forgot her name. I would also like to mention Dilini from the Kids Club reception, who was very calm, welcoming, always smiling, and extremely helpful. I also loved the Hilton app because it allows guests to message the hotel directly, which is very convenient and helpful. You do not need to worry about calling or going down to reception for simple requests, as everything can easily be communicated through the app. It made our stay smoother, more comfortable, and stress-free. Overall, our stay was amazing. We truly enjoyed every moment, felt very comfortable, and appreciated the excellent service from all the staff. Thank you, Hilton Yas Island, for making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back again!

I’ve been to this place alone , decided to check on my own before bringing friends. And I love it! Staff is super friendly, place is cosy and it’s not overcrowded. Thank you, see you soon!

I have given this hot 5 stars on previous stays but this was disappointing. Service was cumbersome, phone calls not answered and low staff numbers struggling to meet the demand of what felt like a very high occupancy. Some of the charges are nothing but shameless, 25dhs for a can of 2dhs coke 0 is shameful.
