Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

I am absolutely thrilled to write this review after another incredible stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island (August 15th for 10 days). As a returning guest, my expectations were already high, but once again, the team managed to exceed them in every way. This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a haven where every detail is taken care of with genuine warmth and professionalism. The service is truly on a different level. A special thank you goes to a few remarkable staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Ciaran, the general restaurant manager, is an absolute star. He doesn't just manage the restaurant; he orchestrates a beautiful dining experience. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with genuine warmth, and his incredible attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. He remembered our preferences from our previous stay and went out of his way to ensure every meal was not just delicious but a truly special occasion. His leadership and passion for hospitality are clearly reflected in his entire team, making dining at the hotel one of the highlights of our trip. His warmth and genuine care are a major reason we feel so at home here. We also had the pleasure of being served by Ratheesh, a waiter who was consistently sweet, attentive, and incredibly helpful—a true credit to the team. At the pool, Eugene made sure we were always comfortable, ready with a smile and a fresh towel. And a huge shout-out to the entire team at the kids' club! They were phenomenal, creating a safe and fun environment where our children felt happy and completely at ease. From the front desk to housekeeping, and the incredible food from chef Lalit, the entire staff is a testament to what five-star service truly means. It was very great place with high quality service.Everything was good especially foods and drinks.Hope I will come here next year

I stayed here with my partner for my birthday staycation. We arrived by our own car around 12pm, the valet team at the entrance seemed busy so we had to go for self-parking option. Luckily, our room was ready so we were granted an early check-in. Our room was a King Guest Room which was spacious enough for a couple offering both shower cabin and bathtub. It turned out they don’t have direct access to the beach, however, it didn’t affect our experience as we were fully satisfied with the pool. We were a bit disturbed that we were requested to give away our refillable water bottles for their own benefit given the unbearable heat which is a total violation of human rights imo. The next day we went to Yas Waterworld using complimentary tickets provided by the hotel which is a really good value for the price you pay, while making your stay more memorable and special. Last but not least, I appreciate guest relations team for arranging a birthday cake for me with a lovely note and balloons in the room.

Had a great experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island thanks to Socrates and Bap Krishna. Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. They were very patient in answering all my questions and made me feel genuinely cared for. Because of them, this definitely won’t be my last visit. Thank you both for the amazing service!

Good afternoon, The hotel is excellent ❤️A good hotel for a holiday with children.The rooms are always clean, there is a shuttle that takes you to the parks. We really liked everything.
