Amazing holiday. It’s the service that we received from the staff from all areas that has made our holiday so special. Hats off to the managers Mr. Anup - food & beverage and all the staff- Chefs Binnu, Shekhar, Mukhtar, Armenia, Pardeep, Shraddha, Phyo Mon, Aye Mon, Myet, Idris, Yasmin, Mr Luki, Adena, Zaw, Walaleika, Pool Bar - Mr Burak and his team - Rishav who made us wonderful cocktails, Arka, Ram, Pashanj, Moheb and all the life guards, towel guy’s …these names need to be mentioned. The house keeping staff were great as our room always looked beautifully clean every day. Thanks to Mr. Firaz and his team. Also need to mention Mr. Glenn our concierge who was really helpful and the girls at reception and guest services where nothing was too much trouble..Julianna, Mae, etc. Great rooms, amazing atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, great location. We will definitely revisit this amazing hotel, where there definitely a family friendly vibe

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great stay. Pros -Considering the recent situation, we were really impressed with how the hotel was functioning. -Staff. The staff have always been a credit to the hotel and work tirelessly. In particular, Adarsh, one of the barmen on the pool bars, was brilliant. A friendly, smiley familiar face everyday and he created really enjoyable drinks every time. Natalia, who ran the karaoke nights, was very friendly and really lovely. The Antidote Bar staff in the evening were so lovely and made our evening experience the best it could be. Prince is a talented and attentive barman, giving us some brilliant cocktail experiences. Shayan is friendly and made sure we were looked after every night. Yassine is so lovely and was a pleasure to interact with. They all have a great sense of humour too and we really enjoyed seeing them every night. Arya and the other staff were also great and really ensured we had a good experience every day. A special thanks to them for making us both feel extra special on our birthdays. It meant a lot. -The Italian and Asian a la cartes were enjoyable but we preferred Hashi restaurant as the menu had changed at the Italian since last year which was less to our taste. -Hashi is such a great experience, eating on the 34th floor of the hotel with breathtaking views. Would recommend booking as early as possible so the view can be enjoyed with the sunset and then into the evening. -Quality food at the main restaurant. The food standard is incredibly high and there was always something delicious to try every day. No complaints at all -just excellent. -Branded alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Brilliant choice of all drinks and any drinks requests were catered for. -Spotless! The hotel is so clean, with cleaners working everywhere within the hotel all round the clock. Our room was cleaned every day and anything that we needed was sorted. A very high standard was maintained throughout. -Kids Waterpark. An excellent addition to the hotel to make it more family friendly. -Adult only pool. The change of tiles in the adult pool were more modern and more importantly safer than previous years which was great to see this renovation completed. -View. Sea view room is very picturesque. FYI there are only some rooms with balconies so if you want anything to dry and you don't have a balcony, it will take several days! -DJs. The live DJ sets are a great way to change the energy of any place and we really enjoyed Yula and Ozy's sets. Cons -Slippery floor around main pool. I was very disappointed to still see that there have not been any more mats or a change of tiles around the outside of the pool. Over 3 visits, we have seen so many people nearly fall or at least 10 people actually slip and hurt themselves. This is clearly a safety issue which needs to be addressed ASAP. The cleaners are constantly sweeping the excess water to try and reduce the slip hazards but this is an impossible job. -Evening band entertainment. We understand that there was less choice of bands because of the current conflict however having the same band 6 times a week was incredibly repetitive. The band were generally good, the guitarist in particular was very talented (we wish he had more time to shine!) We recognised the male vocalist from a band last year as he was incredibly miserable/looked like he did not want to be there and did not interact/help pack up with the rest of the band. Very strange. The karaoke was cut short as the band had a set afterwards but removing a set and prolonging the karaoke (especially once people get a bit more confident) would be a good way to vary the evening entertainment more. The band also should vary their set lists as we heard the same songs over and over again. -We really appreciated the birthday cakes and cards we received from the hotel, however, the fact both our cards said 'Dear _____' with no name written in is a tiny detail that would mean a lot. Overall, would definitely stay again.
