Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira

Strávili jsme v hotelu krásný týden a ubytování jsme si moc užili. Cítili jsme se tu opravdu jako doma. Všichni zaměstnanci byli moc milí a vždy byli připraveni s čímkoliv pomoci. Pokoj byl krásný, pohodlný, dobře zařízený. Na střeše úžasný, čistý vyhřívaný bazén s výhledem na Dubai. Hotel můžu určitě doporučit. My se zase jistě vrátíme.

We booked this hotel through our booking agent. We have a party of three coming from different part of the world. I arrived Dubia on Jan 19th around 8pm, a 14 hours long flight from Canada. I took private transfer directly to hotel to meet the other two friends arriving few hours later at 11pm from Hong Kong. This Aparthotel Adagio Dubia Deira would not allow me to check into our room earlier. The reason is my name was not the main person on file. I showed them the voucher from our agent with three names on it. “Nope” from the front. I called our booking agent. She spoke to the hotel front desk, still nope. I personally travel different part of the world, I have never experienced anything like this. Right now, I basically have no option except waiting for the rest of the party to arrive before getting into our suite. This, to me, is absolutely unnecessary, ridiculous and totally unacceptable in my review. What kind of policy is this even presented with my voucher from our agent. I don’t care what system the hotel use, this should be corrected to avoid agony on customers. I have four hours sitting at this lobby to write this review. This is already past midnight and I am still sitting at the lobby. Also, I asked for a bottle of water, no water. What an experience! I hope the coming 6 days in Dubia will be better experience. I cannot comment on the room yet, no chance to get in.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it came with a sofa bed. Very good size apartment to fit 2 adults and 3 children. Housekeeping was good and room came with all the necessary amenities. Appreciate that the hotel was very accommodating to our requests. Location is perfect, beside Gold Souq metro station. Although, it's in the old Dubai but the hotel itself is situated away from the crowded areas of old Dubai. Just a short metro ride to downtown Dubai. Really loved this place and definitely will come back to stay here again when we are back in Dubai.
