This is truly an amazing hotel that caters for everyones needs and desires. The Atlantis Royal is a very luxurious hotel that was spotlessly clean & all the staff are friendly & professional. The gentlemen that checked us in and out (I am sorry but I can't remember your name but can picture your face!) was amazingly professional & guided us through our upgrade process when we arrived. Our stay was made even more exceptional by the diligent and very professional Kamal Bhusal - Housekeeping assistant manager, who made sure that everything was to our satisfaction and repeatedly went out of his way to make sure it stayed so. he constantly checked on us to cater for our every need. His level of service was so genuine and of the highest standard it left a mark on us. This gentleman... if you're lucky to encounter him during your stay Is what every hotel needs. he certainly is a jewel in the crown for the Atlantis Royal. Kamal thank you for totally spoiling us in so many ways (too many to mention) and with your kindness and generosity, you made us feel like royalty. Aysha Tabusum also deserves a mention for her attention to us during her stay. We are looking forward to our next stay there soon. If you haven't been then go!! you will not be disappointed.

Wow… There is no other word to start this review, but wow! Although the hotel itself is impeccable, there is a particular person that has changed everything for us at Atlantis The Royal. We have previously stayed at Atlantis The Royal, where we got engaged up at Cloud 22. We had an excellent experience before, and were very excited to return to this extraordinary and one-of-a-kind magical place. I could write for hours about the luxury of the hotel, the best champagne serving Club Lounge in the world, the fountain show or the shopping and dining experiences… However, this trip, it was the next level of service unlocked that we weren’t quite prepared for, that I’d like to dedicate this review to. Upon checking in to the Royal Club check-in desks, we met the wonderful hotel manager Abdulhaq. He greeted us as though we were friends, but also with a very professional demeanour. We were instantly made to feel like we were being welcomed back home. Nothing was too small an ask, and we would absolutely say that he was the most attentive and helpful person we’ve ever come across in the whole of Dubai (if you know Dubai and the incredibly high levels of service, then you’ll know how much of a statement this is). We were absolutely blown away by his hospitality and his enthusiasm to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect, providing all of this with kindness and a personal touch. We had the best 4 days we could ever have dreamt of, and we are still on a high from our incredible time at The Royal. This was one of 5 hotels during this trip, and our only regret is not spending more time at The Royal. We hope and pray that Abdulhaq will still be there next year when we return, as it was him that changed the game for us. A new level of service has been unlocked and nothing will ever quite match up. Huge thank you’s from the bottom of our hearts, to Abdulhaq and The Royal for a stay we will never forget. We would also like to give a shout out to Leila at Nobu By The Beach. We spent most days sunbathing at this gorgeous beach club, and every day Leila remembered us by name, managed to find us the perfect sunbeds, and ensured we didn’t have to lift a finger all day. Thank you Leila for being so fabulous. We can’t wait to come back to Atlantis The Royal next year. Thank you again to all those that made our trip so special.
