Fahmi was a great guy, hes look after us very well. And a guy in the bar named Haidar was gave us the best cocktails everyday. Was a greay experience to met the wonderful guy like them.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Very visually appealing, smells spectacular all around. Excellent staff at the front desk as well as housekeeping. I spent so much time on that beautiful balcony overlooking the water (we were on the non-Palm side and I liked it better this way, it was much more serene looking out to the water). Breakfast options were excellent - I miss that turkey Eggs Benedict even today! Probably one of the best hotel buffets we’ve ever have been too. I only took one star down because the staff at the front entrance (including valet staff) were either hot or cold. Some were nice and others were rude, which is a bit ironic considering first impressions are made from entrance staff. Otherwise, excellent stay!

Dear Management of Atlantis The Royal, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team for the exceptional support and kindness shown to us during our stay. In particular, I would like to thank the Front Office team — Mr. Beshoy, Mr. Ismail, and Mr. Marwan — as well as Mr. Kareem at the Concierge, and many others who assisted us. During our current situation while awaiting our flight, the team went above and beyond to help us with our extension and to ensure we were comfortable and well supported. Their professionalism, care, and willingness to help made a very stressful situation much easier for us. I would also like to extend my thanks to the teams at Gastronomy, La Mar, and Housekeeping, who were equally attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Having visited Dubai many times since 2013, this is the first time I have truly witnessed the remarkable level of hospitality and teamwork that both the country and a place like Atlantis represent. The way your staff operate is truly impressive. I am genuinely amazed by the service we have received. When I return home, I will certainly be sharing this wonderful experience with others and highlighting it through media and personal recommendations. Best hotel in dubai by far. Definitely worth every penny

Such a unique architectural wonder situated at the best part of the Palm! The vast lobby, the art pieces scattered around the halls,the variety of pools, restaurants and activities, the white sand beach where you can relax, but most of all the amazing accommodation combined with the impeccable service made our visit one of a kind.
