Atlantis The Royal

We had an amazing stay at Atlantis the Royal. We stayed in a royal club queen room palmscape view. Wow what a hotel. Everything is so clean and the staff are so attentive. The room is just so beautiful and spacious with so many little touches. The views of the palm especially at night watching the fountain show are incredible. Access to the royal club lounge was great with snacks through the day, canapés and beverages including alcohol was a nice addition. The grounds and pools are fabulous and the buffet breakfast at Gastronomy was like nothing we’ve ever experienced before anywhere, huge variety. Very luxurious but also very expensive but a bucket list hotel.

Shiva Krishna was really quick with getting my car and while i waited we were just chillin and i now know his favorite car is a swift!! Lavanya was so sweet and supportive of her friend and is a party animal from banglore

An amazing hotel with very high standards, excellent service, and a great selection of restaurants nearby. The overall atmosphere is lovely, and everything feels elegant and well maintained. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the pool, which didn’t quite meet my expectations. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Having heard so much about Atlantis The Royal and its reputation for exceptional hospitality, I was genuinely looking forward to experiencing the hotel for the first time. Unfortunately, my arrival has been rather underwhelming. I booked a Queen Club Room at the standard rate, with an upgrade benefit subject to availability. Upon check-in, I was informed that the only upgrade considered was a room with an improved view. As this was unavailable, no alternative could be offered. What made this particularly disappointing was that several higher room categories, including suites, appeared to remain available for booking. I fully appreciate that upgrades are subject to availability and that certain categories may be excluded. However, at a property of this calibre, I had hoped for a little more flexibility, thoughtfulness and attention to the guest experience. True luxury, in my view, is not simply defined by extraordinary architecture, beautiful interiors or impressive facilities. It is reflected in the small gestures, the willingness to go beyond expectations and the ability to make guests feel genuinely valued. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but for a hotel with such an exceptional reputation, I had anticipated a more memorable welcome. It is still early in my stay, and I sincerely hope the experience ahead will reflect the standards of hospitality for which Atlantis The Royal is so widely celebrated.

My little one had a wonderful time at the little Explorers! A big thank to poppy for taking such good care of the kids and making the experience so enjoyable. we really appreciate it.
