Wonderful stay ! The Hotel is amazing and one of the most luxurious we’ve ever been. Spécial thanks to Hussein the concierge : he was a great help to us, very efficient and really oriented towards customer satisfaction ! He took care of all our bookings and everything was perfect ! We’ve had an incredible stay at Atlantis The Royal! From start to finish, the whole family has had such a fantastic time, and the service has been exceptional. A special thank you to Ismail, and also to Amir and his fantastic team in the Royal Club Lounge, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth and attention to detail really stood out. An amazing hotel, an amazing experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Having previously stayed at Atlantis The Palm 12 times, we have always had a special connection with the Atlantis brand. However, Atlantis The Royal has completely won us over. From the breathtaking surroundings and exceptional facilities to the consistently outstanding level of service, every visit leaves us wanting to return. The Royal Club experience remains one of the biggest reasons we love this hotel. The additional benefits are fantastic, but it is the people who truly make it so special. Amer and the entire Royal Club team are nothing short of exceptional. Amer deserves particular recognition. His warmth, professionalism and genuine commitment to his guests are remarkable. He always makes us feel personally welcomed and valued, and nothing is ever too much trouble. He remembers the smallest details, anticipates what guests may need and consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay unforgettable. Service of this standard is incredibly rare, and Amer delivers it so naturally. We must also give a special mention to Rajiv, Rana, Simon and the rest of the wonderful Royal Club team. Their attentiveness, kindness and hospitality continue to be outstanding. Every interaction is warm and personal, and their dedication creates a genuine sense of exclusivity while making the Royal Club feel like a home away from home. What impresses us most is the consistency. Across four stays, the service has remained exceptional. The team do not simply meet expectations—they exceed them at every opportunity. They are true ambassadors for Atlantis The Royal and an enormous credit to the resort. The hotel itself is extraordinary, but it is Amer and the Royal Club team who give it its heart.
