I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Dubai City. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professional service provided by the entire team. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient, especially with its proximity to Dubai Airport and the metro. What really made the stay special was the genuine care and attention from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Grand Mercure Dubai City for both business and leisure stays, and I look forward to coming back again soon.
