My grandmother and I came to visit my father who lives in the UAE and booked The First Collection, Business Bay due to the affordable price and central location. With it being so affordable, we were not expecting much but to say that was easily a massive understatement. The hotel was vibrant and extremely welcoming. It was extremely clean and the facilities plentiful. The room itself was spacious with tall ceilings and extremely comfortable to spend a week in. After a busy day, we would look forward to heading back to the hotel and relaxing in the room. Despite being in a connecting room, we did not hear anything from next door and the hotel was always quiet. We opted for a bed and breakfast package and the breakfast was delightful. Everything was tasty and fresh with such a wide range of options. Room Service was also quick, delicious and affordable. My grandmother visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed her experience. Sandra, the masseuse, was extremely welcoming and made my grandmother feel like the most looked after person in the world. This was backed by the incredible treatment offered. Perhaps what made the stay the most memorable was all of the incredible staff. They all went above and beyond and deserve to be celebrated for their contribution. We arrived early from the airport at 12:00 and were joyfully greeted by Shadia who checked us in at that times, despite our check in time being 14:00. Mohammed was helpful with all of our luggage and gave my Welsh grandmother a chance to speak Arabic with him, a skill she hasn’t been able to use since her husband’s passing - this made her feel so special. Standout however was Abhilasha. She was incredible and a credit to the company. She made my grandmother feel like the most special woman. Abhilasha would make teas for my grandmother at breakfast, without question, offer to get her fruit, go above and beyond to make sure she felt looked after. She always was smiling and would always be up for a chat with my grandmother and share stories together. Whatever the company does to recognise Abhilasha would not be enough to compensate for the incredible service and friendship she offered my grandmother - thank you Abhilasha. The First Collection, Business Bay is an incredible hotel with the most special team. We will be back.

Our experience was amazing, we had a wonderful stay, habib was making our room everyday like the first day we enter the room, this was really appreciated, thanks to everybody in the hotel to have made our day like a dream.

An Exceptional Stay That Truly Felt Like Home I honestly couldn’t say enough wonderful things about my stay at First Collection Business Bay. I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and what could have simply been a birthday getaway turned into an incredibly memorable and heartwarming experience. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, accommodated, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire team made me feel at home and treated me like family. It is rare to experience this level of warmth and hospitality, where you can truly feel that the staff are not just doing their jobs, but genuinely care about making their guests feel valued. One experience in particular really showed me the exceptional level of service at this property. I accidentally lost my sunglasses at the beach club and immediately contacted the property. At the same time, the team took action and worked together to assist me. The Concierge, Front Office team, and hotel driver all went above and beyond to help locate and return my sunglasses. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly everyone coordinated and assisted me. This may seem like a small thing, but for me, it demonstrated the incredible teamwork, responsiveness, and genuine care of the entire hotel team. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Shadia, Michael, Timothy, Karen, Soufian, Yousra, Akira from the Reservations team, the Concierge and Front Office teams, the hotel driver, and the entire housekeeping staff. Each of you contributed to making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly deserve recognition. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, peaceful, and very well maintained. I did not encounter any missing amenities during my stay, and everything I needed was readily available. I particularly appreciated how soundproof the room was — it provided such a quiet and relaxing environment, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The property is also very accessible and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business stays. But beyond the location, rooms, and facilities, I believe what truly makes First Collection Business Bay special is the people. I couldn't say less because I would honestly love to compliment the entire property more and more. Every interaction, every assistance, and every small gesture added to an experience that I will remember for a long time. Celebrating my birthday here was absolutely the right choice. I left feeling not just like a satisfied guest, but like someone who had genuinely been welcomed into a family. Thank you, First Collection Business Bay, for making my birthday so special and for making me feel at home.
