voco Dubai The Palm

Skvělý hotel a personál. Všichni milí, zvláště Glenys 😊. Hotel ma skvělé vybavení, výborná kuchyně. Všude čisto, úklid perfektní. Krásná soukromá pláž, na střeše bazén. Nic nám nechybělo. Všude po hotelu k dispozici pitná voda. Hhhhhhhh

I had a wonderful stay at voco Dubai Palm Jumeirah. The hotel offers a fantastic atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a beautiful location. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, making the stay even more pleasant. I particularly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my visit. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend voco Dubai Palm Jumeirah to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Dubai. Looking forward to visiting again!

Was a great trip and staff were amazing Handy,Sam and Jabed were all great

I stayed in the Voco in late October after a long business trip in Europe. Sadly I arrived feeling very much under the weather as I picked up the flu during my travels. The receptionist noticed this as I arrived late at the hotel. With enormous kindness and empathy, she organized lemon and honey tea and placed an order with a local pharmacy to deliver some much needed cold and flu medicine. She did all of this without me needing to ask and I must say the amount of kindness she showed me at a time when I was at my worst really demonstrates the thoughtfulness and care of the Voco staff.......I will definitely be back and in better health. Thanks Amaliya.

Birthday weekend. Clean, friendly, with wonderful staff! Hani always looks after us very well, going above and beyond! Great location and valet parking makes it very convenient.
